　　上课时，老师给我们说：“需要购买录音机和磁带作为辅助工具。”回到家里我就急忙给爸爸妈妈说了需要录音机和磁带的事情。妈妈告诉我：“辅助工具很重要，但是上课专心听讲更加重要。现在我们去买吧。”

　　录音机和磁带买回来了，妈妈告诉我怎么使用。我就打开录音机开始听起来了：先背着书听一遍，然后背着书跟读一遍，最后我看着书跟读一遍。现在该我关了录音机读课文了，我一看课文，呀，我只能勉强用英语说出课文中人物的名字，其他的就不知道怎么读了。这可把我急坏了，恨不得把书给撕了。妈妈安慰我说：“不要着急，事情需要一步一步的.来完成，着急是没有用的。我们换个方式来练习一下？”妈妈和我就象课文里的人物一样来对话，介绍自己的名字和打招呼。几遍下来，我发觉我渐渐可以完全读课文了，这个方法真不错！

　　读完了课文，该听写了。我先看看单词表吧，哇！有的单词字母好多，我得好好记清楚，字母少的就看一遍。开始听写了，糟糕，我只顾去记字母多的单词，字母少的反而没有记住。不管了，这些不知道的单词胡编乱造也要写完。由于刚才一着急，字母多的单词也忘记了一些，只好空在那里了，最后错了不少。第二次也好不到哪里去。第三次了，妈妈说，再不全对的话，就把每个单词抄写一篇。这次我一定要认真记牢，反复在心里默写几遍，做到万无一失，要不然，罚抄每个单词一篇可不是好玩的。这次我满怀信心了，当然也全部正确了。

　　这话还得从三年前说起，听说我们这地方的小学英语开始纳入考试了，学校也开始着急了，怎么办，这各年级的英语老师在哪里？领导们把所有的老师扫描了一番，思来想去，隆重启用了我们四个年轻的`语文老师兼任！

　　唉，人在屋檐下不得不低头啊，谁叫我还得在人家锅里抓饭吃呢，硬着头皮上吧。于是就有了最开始的“Good morning boys and girls！”说实话，现在小学的英语教材比我读中学时还难，好多单词我都不认识。这可害苦了我。每次上新课之前，都得花好长时间查字典，听录音，不然来到课堂上休想张嘴。

　　搞笑的是有一次学校派我们几个外出听人家的优质课，我老早就跑去了，生怕找不到好位置。最后选了一个最佳——第一排正中！然而一节课下来，着实恼火，除了黑板上板书的单词我知道外，老师的课堂口语我一句都听不懂！真是笑话呀，英语老师听不懂英语课！

　　当然，这几年不是一直都当南郭先生的。我一边学，一边教，好歹还是学到了一点，至少后来出去听课还是能听懂了。我的要求不高，只希望我的学生每一节课能感受快乐。
