老师是我最敬佩的人。平时看起来老师挺凶的，其实他们都是培育祖国花朵的园丁，传道、授业、解惑的恩师，不会伤害我们的。那么，假如我是一名老师，我会怎么样呢？
我一定会好好地教学生。上课时，我会专门叫那些胆小的同学发言，因为他们的眼神会告诉我他们心里没底，我想通过课堂回答问题增强他们的自信心；下课后，我会把全班同学召集到操场上去跳绳、踢毽子……因为这样会强健我们的身体。如果看到同学打闹的现象，我会立即把他们叫过来，心平气和地教育他们，告诉他们友好相处的道理，看到同学们又重归于好，我会十分开心的。
放学后，我也会经常去家访，了解学生在家里的学习和生活情况，指导家长正确地教育子女，也会推荐家长们购买一些适当的'练习题给自己的孩子做。看到自己的学生都有了进步，我又会及时地告诉他们，不要骄傲，继续努力。看到这一种场面，心里也会感到特别的欣慰。
其实，我也明白，目前这些只能是想想罢了，那毕竟都是十几年以后的事了，现在我最主要的任务是学习。只要我好好学习，我相信这个愿望就一定会实现！
