　　早晨的朗读课上，杨老师和刘老师来班里挑选参加英语朗读比赛的同学。我积极举手踊跃参加比赛。经过一轮轮的朗读和淘汰，我终于被选上了。我既兴奋又紧张，暗自想：我能获胜吗？能为班级争光吗？

　　比赛的那一天，我们来到阶梯教室。我心想：我能抽到几号？我能否顺利地完成课文朗读呢？最终我抽到了八号和第四页的`课文，我心里的石头终于落地了，因为这篇课文我很熟练。

　　比赛开始了，同学们按抽签顺序轮流朗读，我们认真地听着。终于轮到我了，我自信满满、大步走上台，面带微笑大声、准确无误地把这篇课文读了下来。

　　比赛后我回到了教室。过了不久，杨老师告诉我获得了一等奖。耶，太棒了！
