　　Firstly, as we all know, business is a very challenging field with risks and competition while teaching is a stable profession with little risks. 　　黄老师他对付我们还真有那么一手的。刚调来的第一天就对我们说：“你们的升学成绩可都是捏在我手里，你们哪个上课认真又很听话的，考了B我也给他A，哪个老让我生气的上课又不认真的，就算考了A也让你降到C。”这招果然管用，同学们上课都认真多了。有些英语成绩不是很好的同学一逮到机会就拍黄老师的马屁。一下课就跟着他，为黄老师端茶递水，还抢着帮黄老师拿包，拍马屁说好话比喝水还快。“黄老师，你让我这次考试得A，我请你吃饭。”“黄老师，你好酷啊！我真的好崇拜你啊！”“黄老师，我送你NBA的球鞋，你帮我加几分，好不！”

　　不过也有同学和黄老师对着干。那天，黄老师在讲台上讲课，有个男同学在座位上正眉飞色舞地跟同桌讲“梦幻西游”网络游戏，正巧被神通广大的黄老师发现了，黄老师二话不说，随手把他那装满水的`水壶朝那男同学扔了过去，“正中目标”,水壶正好打在那个男同学的头上，痛得他哇哇叫。“好事不出门，坏事传千里”不一会，这件事很快就在学校里传开了，黄老师暴力对付学生的事情让我们害怕了好一阵子。

　　很快又发生了一件事－－“脱鞋熏学生”。那天，我们班的同学都很兴奋，班级里乱成一团，很吵。黄老师来了好一会儿，班级里还是安静不下来。黄老师课也不上了，端张椅子在讲台旁坐下来，拿出NBA的周刊看了起来。过了一会儿，黄老师和一个男同学起了争执，黄老师就骂了他几句。后来，我也不知道什么原因，黄老师竟然坐在椅子上把一只脚上的鞋子给脱了，把那只鞋子放在了讲台上，一个字“臭”，同学们都快被熏晕了，后来听说是那个男同学在下面说黄老师的坏话，把黄老师惹急了，所以黄老师才发火脱鞋子的。看来我们今后上课还是认真点好，不然我们可怜的鼻子又要遭殃了。不过从那以后，再也没有人敢去惹黄老师了。

　　黄老师，您的这样的行给了我们好大的“压力”，真希望您今后不要再出现类似行为了，您这样做可不是一个好老师啊！

　　在七中时，我有很多老师，他们都一样的爱岗敬业，和蔼可亲，对一些拔尖的学生鼓励着，对一些中等生关心着，到了满怀果实的季节，他们只有欣慰的一笑。在七中一位老师就对我非常的关心，她是我的'英语老师——Misszhang。

　　由于我的英语不怎么好，基础差，但是我想学，老师看在眼里，当然，就对我很关心，给我搜很多的资料，然而我却没有好好的学，慢慢的我甚至厌倦了英语，所以英语成绩也就一落千丈，老师不止一次的帮助我，这些我都视而不见，认为我是她的学生，这是她应该做的，而我仍然的继续堕落下去，慢慢的：90，80，70，60，50，到了最后的44分，当我要转回河南的时候我懂得了miss张的失望与不甘，但是我知道，老师并没有对我绝望，老师永远把我当做他的徒弟。

　　当我猛然间失去了好多，失去了同学，友谊，老师，我感觉好无助，但是的是一股不甘的劲，因为我是张老师的徒弟，我不想让她一提起我来就是一种很失望的眼神，我想让她一提起我就觉得骄傲，因为一次离开，因为一次转学，猛然间我好像明白了许多。
