　　football is the most popular ball in the world. more and more people like watching football matches. they can't sleep or eat when their teams are playing.they shout for their players. i think many chinese football player have done better match after match since the professional football league of china was set up. but we still have a long way to go to asia and to the world. we should learn from foreign teams. foreign players and coaches must be invited. dalian wanda, shanghai shenhua and guangd0ng apollo are among the best.

　　D : 尊敬的各位领导，各位来宾，亲爱的同学们，大家下午好（合）！ T : Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen,

　　D : 欢迎来到江汉大学第五届英语演讲比赛决赛的现场。

　　T:Welcome to the final of the 5th English speaking contest of Jianghan University. L : 本次大赛由江汉大学读者协会举办，从三月初到现在，经过层层筛选，八位选手从数百名选手中脱颖而出，来到我们决赛现场。

　　T : This contest is organized by the Readers Association of Jianghan University. 8 prominent contestants have distinguished themselves in the preliminary and intermediate contests.

　　G : 在此，我想说的是，你们每一位参赛选手都是优秀的，一路走来，还能够留在今天的`舞台上更是了不起的，希望你们八位再接再厉，再创佳绩，同时给在场的各位带来一场更为精采感官性的饕餮大餐。

　　T ： Tonight they will give us splendid show of English speaking. I believe it will be a feast for the ears of all the audiences.

　　T ：Now let us introduce our distinguished guests today. the Dean of the school of Foreign Languages, Professor Cui Dong, welcome.

　　T: Let’s warmly welcome again––the presence of the distinguished leaders and the honorable judges!

　　四、宣布比赛环节和评分细则

　　Now I would like to introduce the rules for the contest

　　Today's competition has two phases: The first phase is a 5 minutes’ speech show, which composes 60% of the score. In this part, the contestants are supposed to make a 3 minutes’ impromptu speech according to the topics , and then they will answer the questions raised by our judges, and the time limit is 2 minutes.

　　And the second phase is the role play of each contestant, which takes 40% of the final score. Every one of them will be given 5 minutes to display their role they selected beforehand.

　　After the performance by the contestants, our judges will give fair judgment according to the comprehensive performance of each contestant. We will have one champion, two second prizes winners, three third prize and the rest contestants will get the Excellence Award. I wish all of them achieve a lot, and have good luck.

　　今年的英语歌谣比赛，从各班的保密程度及互相打探军情的状况，可以得知大家无不摩拳擦掌，希望夺下冠军宝座。我们班也不例外，老师利用了音乐、体育课程，不断紧锣密鼓地练习，希望再度拿到好成绩。

　　时间不断地逼进，再过三天就要英语歌谣比赛了，同学们卖力地练习着跳舞、唱歌，一遍又一遍，此起彼落的歌声回荡在教室中，彷彿在诉说着我们有多么努力、认真。

　　回想起这几个星期来，从选歌曲到编舞，每一个人绞尽脑汁地设计动作，努力练习歌曲的练唱着。一开始练舞蹈动作时状况百出，有人像是木头人般毫无韵律感；有人则是节拍总跟不上；有些人懒散甚至浑水摸鱼，急得老师跳脚。大家总是等老师气到脸红脖子粗，如同火山爆发地破口大骂时，才一改懒散的'态度严阵以待。

　　而妈妈在比赛这段时间，常常四处奔波只为了帮我们找寻适合歌曲的造型。有时我会陪妈妈一起去买材料，没想到常常在车上一等就是好几个小时。因妈妈对任何事都要求完美。他一直很在意每一个小细节，在家中总拿我当人形模特儿，让我试穿各类型的衣服，只为了表现歌曲本身的精随。有一次，下着滂沱大雨，妈妈一样坚持要到后火车站找寻配件，她说她希望每个同学都有最独一无二的造型，并为我们留下美好的回忆。当时，我知道自己不能再懒散了，看着妈妈辛苦的付出，也让我学会了“欢喜做，甘愿受”的道理。

　　这几天我也不断地苦练吉他，希望把每一个音节修正到位。妈妈更是千万叮嘱地请吉他老师帮我试音、调音。希望在我们比赛时，我精湛的电吉它飙音技巧能为我们班的歌曲做一完美开场，在评审心中留下深刻的印象。

　　看着同学们卖力地扭动身躯，扯开喉咙地大声欢唱，汗水淋漓的脸庞为我们的努力见证着，虽无法预知三天后的比赛成绩，但是我知道我们团结努力地朝着目标前进的心，绝对无人能及！同学们，加油吧！
