　　today is a good day for me! im very lucky to be a volunteer for beijing olympic. i worked hard to help the foreign children from all over the world. i showed them the road to their hotel. i helped them to find what they are looking for. i helped them to know something about china and chinese people. the foreign children thanked me. they said my english was very good. i was very happy and smiled nice. i hope i can do more for beijing olympic. and i hope beijing olympic will be a great success.

　　Yesterday is my six-year-old birthday. It is important to me as I can go to primary school after my birthday. It means that I grow up. I got up very early at that day. My mother just smiled at me and said nothing. I felt a little down. But I recovered with excited soon and then I went out to play. Everything in my eyes is so beautiful. When I got home about five o’clock, my mother gave me a surprise. She prepared a party for me and invited all my friends. She also gave a lovely schoolbag to me as my birthday present. 　　在今年刚开学时，我们新开设了一门课程是英语，第一次上课时的情景让我记忆犹新。课前，我和我的朋友一起讨论“英语课讲什么内容呢？”话音刚落，铃声就响了。

　　我迅速上了自己的'座位，紧接着老师也走进了课堂。只见她戴着眼镜，穿着一件毛衣，个子不高，却很有精神。英语老师和蔼的说：“我姓朱……”然后就开始讲课了。讲的第一句就是“How do you go to school？”因为我比较小、很少接触英语，所以听不懂。我就问：“老师你讲的是什么意思？请给我说一下。”还没等我坐下，同学们就开始笑我，顿时我的脸就烫了起来。

　　老师走过来安慰道：“你很勇敢！不过上课可要认真听哦。刚才我讲的意思是你怎么去上学的。”很快这一节课就下了。下课后，我给朱老师打了声招呼，老师说：“小可爱，拜拜！明天见！”

　　虽然放学了，可老师的身影却久久没有离去。老师课堂上对我的关怀，让我信心倍增。从那时起我就细心的学英语，所以现在的英语挺不错的。
