　　我第一次去上课，看到老师和同学们边做游戏边学习，感觉上课的气氛很好，于是很快进入学习氛围中，但是上了几次课后，就感觉到英语知识有些跟不上，所以上课总是没精打采，有时有不会的.问题也不问老师，几次考试都考的很不理想，妈妈看到我这样批评了我，章老师也给我讲了很多的道理，最后我们约定，一个月以后看结果，如果我认真按老师的学习方法去努力，如果还是成绩还没有提高，那我就放弃这次英语学习。

　　自从和老师约定以后，我就试着按老师的学习方法进行。端正学习态度，不懂就问，要求自己每天必须看、读、背，认真听懂每一堂课。只靠每星期两个小时的学习，是不够的，于是回到家我继续坚持读课文、看视频、背单词，有不会的问题问老师，以前我认为问问题会挨老师骂，可并不是我想象的那样，我不仅没有挨骂，反而老师还不断鼓励我，表扬我，使我在学习中得到了快乐。

　　时间一天一天的过去，我慢慢的进步了，第一次考了90分，第二次考了95分，第三次考了96分，我太高兴了，向100分冲刺了！学校的英语成绩也有很大的提高。事实证明我已经爱上了英语。

　　However, people see this phenomenon in different perspectives. Some hold the opinion that China suffers a lot from brain drain. 　　In contrast, others highlight the advantages of international exchange and cooperation. They claim that Chinese youths should go abroad to study and gain more experience. What’s more, the long-term benefits will outweigh losses we suffer now.

　　Brain drain poses a challenge. China should go all out to attract talented people in order to better compete in the world.
