　　Since I was small, I like to play basketball, because I was effected by my father, he likes to watch basketball game so much, I will watch the basketball game with him. So when I went to school, I joined the basketball team in my class, we made up of a basketball team. Last week, we had our first match.

　　I was asked to play in the first time, I felt so nervous, I am so afraid that I could not cooperate with my team well. When the match started, I watched the basketball and moved as the ball flied, I forgot my job, I was asked to cover the team leader. I recognized my mistake, I changed my move, at last, I covered our captain successfully, our team won the game.

　　I learned so much from this match, team work comes first.

　　这周星期五，也就是二零一四年的三月七日。我参加了由cctv主办的`英语风采大赛。其中，笔试部分真是太难了。

　　一进大厅便是人山人海、“赛”人如织。挤都挤不过来。所以逼得我没办法，只好用参赛证和铅笔袋护着头，硬撞进去。好不容易排上队了，又被别人踩了好几脚，哎~我真倒霉啊！“啊！”我心想，“我得仔细听着工作人员有没有点到我的名字才行。”于是，我竖起耳朵仔细的听着。忽然我好像是听到自己的名字了，便急急忙忙挤了过去，到了前面，“哦，你就是高明睿。请抽签吧！”我随便从箱子里抽了一个号码牌，“二十二号！”我先是一愣，继而是叹了一口气，“二十二号，挺靠后的。”

　　过了一会儿，一个工作人员把我们这二十几个人全都领到了二楼一个教室里面。一共有两张卷子，一张是对你的英语学习情况进行了解，比如：你读英语报纸吗？A、经常B、偶尔C、只读过一次D、从未读过。让你选择并在A、B、C、D前面打对号。接着又发了第二张试卷儿，太难了。第一、二题是听力部分。第一题是他说一个句子让你选A、Yes,heisB、Yes,sheisC、Yes,theyis.第二题是他说一个故事，让你选试卷上面写得是对还是错。我们让工作人员放了五遍都没怎么听懂。

　　过了一会儿，我们把笔试做完后，开始静静地背诵我们准备的故事。然后，工作人员觉得A1组已经结束了，就把我们五人一组五人一组的带下去进行才艺表演。当你背诵完后（如果你还没背完就到时间了就会让你停住），外教就会给你提供一张照片并提问你一至三个问题，如果你答不上来，外教就会对你说：“thankyou.”

　　the game was scheduled to start at start at eight o’clock on friday night. long before that, people began to arrive at the gymnasium.

　　by seven-thirty the seats were almost filled. the school band was there; they wore yellow and black uniforms. they started to play at about a quarter to eight. everybody stood up, and the people sang. the game was about to start. two teams ran out to the floor. the referee blew his whistle, and the game started. a basketball game is divided into two halves, and each half is divided into two quarters. there is a rest period between the halves. during the first five minutes of the second half, the score was tied. from then on, the game was very exciting. first one team made a basket, then the other. the people cheered, and everybody was wondering which team was going to win.

　　the ball hit the rim of the basket and seemed to hang there for a moment, and then it fell through the basket. the whistle blew and the game was over. home team won, 70 to 68.

　　第二篇文章是让我们谈谈我们理想中的周末，120个词左右。正好类似的文章我前几天就写过，我的印象还很深刻。我写完后，时间还很多，我就数了数我的词数，一共167个。接着，我检查了一下我的单词有没有拼错，有没有语法错误。

　　九点半到了，我就交了卷子，离开了考场。

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty. Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

　　终于到了这一天英语口语大赛，我急忙起床，洗好脸，吃完饭，准备好东西出发，我在车上看了一路的风景，老师说：“一个小时就到了，请大家耐心坐车。”终于到达汽车站，我们排好队伍向比赛场地走去。一到比赛场地，我发现我们竟然是第一个到比赛地的学校！

　　好兴奋啊！老师抽了几个牌子，我是50号所以我比较慢才轮到，前面几个同学回来告诉我：“哇，那个加拿大的外教真好，对着我们一直微微地笑。”终于轮到我了，我用眼瞥了一眼外教，发现他总是笑咪咪的`看着我。我想起来之前老师给我打气的话，瞬间就觉得不再紧张了，我的演讲顺顺利利就结束了。回来后，我很兴奋，一直在说外教和评委，我好开心地和同学玩起了游戏，等所有的同学比赛完了，大家才恋恋不舍的离开了比赛场地。后来，老师还带我们去三棵树公园，那里的风景美极了，绿树成荫，许多市民在那里游玩，散步、下棋。

　　回校的路上，我一直在想：这次比赛虽然结束了，但是今后更多的比赛正等待着我，我要时刻准备着，努力学习，锻炼好自己的本领，更重要的是我不会忘记常常开口说英语！
