　　前两天，学校高年级举行了英语演讲比赛，我作为班上的代表之一，前去观摩。

　　这次比赛无论是主持还是演讲，都是全英文的。东看看，西看看，竟来了不少我认识的人。学校的.几位老师来做评委，还有一位外教呢！

　　比赛开始。首先，是两位主持人一番简短的介绍，然后选手开始挨个儿上台。每个人都有一份课件，上面是演讲内容，选手要流畅地背出稿子，才能得高分。他们一口流利的英语，听得我云里雾里。我不由得感叹道，这就是差距啊！不过根据课件上的英文，我还是认出了一些单词。

　　选手的情况也不同：有的一口英语说得头头是道，听得人一愣一愣的；有的上了台过于紧张，忘了词，又下来整理整理思绪再上台；也有的背得不错，却出了一点小插曲的……可谓是千姿百态。

　　选手们讲的内容各不相同：有的流畅地讲了那些经典的故事；有的介绍了自己喜欢的动物或东西；还有的讲了自己从一句话或者一件事中感悟的道理……内容各不相同。

　　通过这次比赛，我深切地体会到了：人外有人，天外有天。我要更加努力地学习英语哟！

　　上午，在英语培训班上，Lovely老师说：“同学们，第二节课我们卓越英语学校将举行一个英语活动，我们班也可以参加。”话还没说完，我们全班同学立即欢呼起来，Lovely又把比赛的规则说了一遍，让全班同学都理解清楚。

　　比赛开始了！我们班被分成了四组，每组四人，我被排在B队。我们B队选中我负责记录物品，一个男老师分给了我纸和笔，开始报物品的英文，总共是10个单词。我那时候的心情应该是紧张加激动吧，十种简简单单的物品，我却有好几个字不会写，哎！真是太紧张了。

　　写好清单后，接下来的活动就有点像电视上的“购物街”。我们B队飞快地冲进了物品区，开始分头行动，按着清单上的物品，我们顺利地把十样物品都找齐了，水彩笔、计算器、糖果……看来胜利就在眼前了。

　　紧接着我们队进入了最后一个阶段就是归还物品。趁A组还没好时，我们队把物品仔细对照了一遍，又把英文单词念了一下，应该是没问题了。如果胜利女神对我们微笑，我们就可以到曼德沃超市去参加半决赛、决赛，那该有多好哇！

　　轮到我们了，我太紧张了，竟然把果冻单词都读错了，不过马上就纠正过来了。比赛还在进行中，我们队顺利地读出了一个又一个的单词，后来我们把所有的物品都归还给老师，比赛就结束了。觉得比赛时间好短，我感到好像还没有玩够似的'。

　　最后，我们队拿了第一名，这一刻，我们的美梦突然实现了，我们队可以进入半决赛了！今天我好开心，我想我也会在半决赛中好好努力的。

　　来到音乐厅，我们先坐好看其他班级表演，大家的.服装都很漂亮整齐。我们只看了五个节目，大家的节目都很精彩，二年级三班的同学表演了《爸爸去哪儿》我觉得表演的很棒，是我比较喜欢的一个节目。

　　我真想再看几个节目。不过就要到我们表演了，我们要去准备了。我们表演的是《Twinkle Twinkle Little Star》，我们表演的也很精彩，女孩子的衣服闪闪的，男同学的是夏季礼服看起来像个小绅士。前面六个女同学他们表演的动作最难了，我们男同学的动作比较简单，就在那里一站一坐的，最后拍手。我们没有看到剩下的节目，表演完我们就回到教室吃冰激凌了，吃完冰激凌我们还去合了影。

　　如果下次还有这种大型节目，我们要更认真表现更好，因为那时我们又长大了一些，我希望下次男同学也有动作。
