　　时间不知不觉的来到了这一天，我心里多少也没底，因为并不知道其他参赛选手的实力如何。不过，我对自己还是有信心的，希望自己能取得一个不错的成绩。

　　那天下午，我早早的来到了比赛场地。发现来了的同学们都在认真的看自己的演讲稿，我找到一个比较靠前的座位，边看演讲稿，边等待比赛的开始。

　　两点整，比赛正式开始。主持人Vivian宣读了比赛规则以及评分标准。然后让我们到评委席去抽签决定比赛顺序。我本以为自己能抽到中间的位置，没想到竟然抽了个第二。看来得好好发挥了。

　　When I got into the seat of the car, my stomach started to hurt, but I knew that sort of thing will happen all the time during a stressful event like a reading competition.
