记得是四年级暑假的一天，我正在家里玩游戏，突然妈妈对我说：“你这样也不是办法，毕竟暑假还有四十多天呢，不能总是在家待着玩游戏，走，咱们出去玩去。”我听了立刻服从，谁知出门后妈妈东拐西拐地把我带到了“监狱”。我一到那里，英语老师便开始讲课，刚才大概是在等我。老师面带笑容，时不时地把英语翻译成中文，让我们加深理解，有时也让我们自己把英语译成中文，渐渐地，我会了一点儿，也能把部分句子翻译成中文了。可是……我还是想出去，因为在这里简直是度日如年！正如一个笑话：一位老人，感觉自己生命将尽，可是还想多活些，于是便找了家英语辅导班听课，课上老师问他：“老先生，您那么大年纪为什么还来听课？”老人回答：“因为在这里度日如年！”这个笑话正好符合我此时此刻的感觉。接下来的四十天，哦，不！是“四十年”，我每天都在辅导班里“受刑”。
唉！一想到这件事，我就烦恼，边烦恼边想：我绝不会再参加英语辅导班了！
