　　记得姚老师说要举行一次英语考试，我心里高兴极了，老师好几次都说要发奖状，这次我一定会得奖的。老师特意留意了单词和句子，我一看太好背了，于是看了几遍，志在必得的`样子，觉得明天的奖状非我莫属。

　　可谁知道第二天，我怀着喜悦的心情考完了试，把听写本交了上去……发本子时，只听见最前面的都是100分，唯独没我的名字，我心里一直浮现着记单词句子时，没有什么不会的呀？听见老师喊道：“马昕宇，99分。”我羞愧地低着头跑上去拿了本子，心里有一种说不出来的滋味，就像打翻的五味瓶一样，在课堂上，我伤心的差点哭出来。

　　回到家，我大哭了一场，我想了想，以后必须要认真了，如果再这样粗心大意，我永远不会得到奖状了。是啊！小树只有经历风雨后，才会更坚强。但是，人们常说：虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后！

　　那是在我二年级放暑假的时候，那是我第一次接触英语。妈妈怕我的英语上了三年级之后跟不上，便为我报了一个英语班。那时的我是一个童稚，没有任何担忧的孩子，那时我考的'并不好，可以说是我的耻辱我认为以我的成绩肯定会进入前几名的。可是事实就是如此，我的确没有考好，可是我并不想放弃英语，一向争强好胜的我怎会如此柔弱不堪？我总结我这次考试失利的原因，认为是自己粗心大意才使我这次没有考好。

　　我想在下一次的考试中考得一个好成绩，回到家后，我把我的成绩告诉了爸爸，爸爸得知我的英语没有考好，便好好的打了我一顿，我更加在心里对自己大声的说，下次考试一定要考好，我开始为了下次能考个好成绩而拼搏，开始背单词，锻炼耐力。为了锻炼我的耐心，我找一个针和一个线头，把线穿进针孔里，提高我的耐心，终于在新的一轮英语考试中得到了一个高分。

　　第一次英语没考好，我并没有放弃，正是因为第一次我没考好，所以在以后的考试中我都会耐心地写卷子，会得到一个高分。虽然事情已经过去很多年了，可是每当我想起来，脸上仍会露出会心的微笑。
