　　又到了三月底，当老师询问我是否要去参加央视的希望英语比赛时，我并没有像上次那样推脱，而是淡淡地答应。一瞬间，种种交杂着苦与乐的回忆涌上心头，而我明白，这令我又爱又恨的英语大赛，又将成为一个与众不同的挑战。

　　去年的三月底，英语培训班的老师也曾问我相同的问题。从来不爱出风头的我，虽然极不情愿，但还是被大家拉着去报了名。至此，令我难忘的训练时光缓缓拉开了序幕。

　　每天晚上七点的培训，令我只能一放学扒几口饭菜丢下书包就跑。那是是毕业班，放学晚，培训地点又远，真是没办法。第一轮只是笔试因此训练就是不停滴做题，然后听老师讲长篇大论的解题技巧，相当无聊。上完课，就得赶紧回家，赶完学习哦啊的作业，别提有多累了。而复赛的准备更是复杂：写演讲稿、背稿，准备回答评委的问题，还要不停修改稿子，研究语调、动作、发音。这，还算是简单的------道理后期，才艺表演、抽单词显示编故事、首字母故事接龙、模拟清静等各种项目五花八门地向你抛去，真不知该怎么办才好，只得无奈地感叹“时间都去哪儿了”。

　　筹备一段时间以后，比赛正式开始，抱着半推半就的心情，我听过了笔试。复赛演讲那天，台下黑压压一片全是人，选手们都很有经验，真叫我自愧不如。怀着紧张的心情我上了台，勉勉强强完成任务，还算机智地回答了问题。虽然自己不是很满意，但结果竟然是我进入了厦门市决赛。后面赛事也是如此，在福建省省赛的`半决赛中自以为表现并不十分出色，但总算是完成了任务，而且奇迹般地晋级了了！在省赛的决赛中，我败下阵来来，由于并不十分在意结果，我也没有太失望。

　　话虽如此，在这一段经历中我的确得到锻炼和收获。从刚开始的紧张、勉强到最后的泰然自若，令我明白凡是都要经过历练、方能熟能生巧；从刚开始时间的紧急、慌乱到后来的从容，告诉我时间需要安排；从刚开始的孤身奋战到最后前仆后继的“战友“陪伴，让我收获了友情与乐趣。培训也许是痛苦、枯燥的，但也令我收获了友情与知识；比赛也许是紧张、毫不留情的，单页令我明白了”人外有人、天外有天“的道理，令我得到了锻炼，提升了书评，有了与众不同的经历。回首过去，在我抱怨那次比赛的同时，我也逐渐开始享受比赛的刺激，体验挑战自我的乐趣，收获成功的喜悦。成绩并不重要，但我有了目标，我为之奋斗并收获了成功，我超越了自己也取得了进步。这才是最重要的，它足以抹去那次比赛中我所承受的压力与所有不愉快，足以令这次经历成为美好的回忆。

　　也许，在今年的英语大赛中，我还会抱怨，还会紧张，我还会有压力；但我还是准备迎接挑战，尽自己所能做到最好----毕竟，这是宝贵的经历。可能若干年后回首往事，我还会感叹：英语大赛啊，真令我又爱又恨。

　　来吧，这令我又恨又爱的英语大赛------我已经准备好了。

　　我欢天喜地地来到学校，因为，今天有运球比赛。我开开心心地下楼去练习运球，不到一会儿，就是二年级运球比赛。第一个跑的是我，心里特别紧张，“砰”，枪声一响，我飞快地向前跑了起来，边跑边运球，同组比赛的.都是男生，只有我一个女生，我想：“我一定要跑快一点，为我们二·八班争光添彩。”后来，我们班好像是第二名。

　　I came to school happily because there is a dribble match today. I went down to practice dribbling happily. In a moment, it was the second grade dribbling game. The first one is me. I was very nervous. "Bang". As soon as the gunshot rang, I quickly ran forward, dribbling while running. All the boys in the same group competed, only I was a girl. I thought, "I must run faster, and win glory for class 2.8." Later, our class seemed to come second.

　　运动会结束了，同学们个个都很开心，全班同学欢欣鼓舞，高兴得蹦呀，跳呀。就这样，我度过了令我兴奋不已的一天！

　　by seven-thirty the seats were almost filled. the school band was there; they wore yellow and black uniforms. they started to play at about a quarter to eight. everybody stood up, and the people sang. the game was about to start. two teams ran out to the floor. the referee blew his whistle, and the game started. a basketball game is divided into two halves, and each half is divided into two quarters. there is a rest period between the halves. during the first five minutes of the second half, the score was tied. from then on, the game was very exciting. first one team made a basket, then the other. the people cheered, and everybody was wondering which team was going to win.

　　the ball hit the rim of the basket and seemed to hang there for a moment, and then it fell through the basket. the whistle blew and the game was over. home team won, 70 to 68.

　　在比赛的路途中，我们出了一点小插曲：当上了城西干道高架桥时，城西干道上竟然堵车了，车子一动不动，就像一件摆设。我看了一下表，猛地一惊，已经3:45分了，在这样堵下去，我就要迟到了。这可怎么办？我焦急万分。我想到了爱情公寓这部电视剧里的场景，主人公曾小贤被堵在中环路上进退两难，我现在也是这样，最后，我们终于慢慢的移动到了堵车的源头，终于又走上了好走的路。

　　·到了考试地点致远外国语小学了，此时，我的心非常的紧张。虽然我已经会背了我的演讲稿，也会唱那一首歌，可是我还是觉得很紧张。这时，老师喊到了我，我平复自己的心情，和妈妈一起走进了考场。在考试中，我虽然有些紧张，但努力的大声演讲，我认为讲的'非常的不错。可是在最后的时候出了点意外，在老师说："thank you."的时候，我给老师鞠了一躬，就慌慌忙忙的走出了考场，老妈对我说，你也应该讲一下thank you，我觉得这是我的一个失误。

　　我现在对自己很有信心，我相信，我一定会考好的。你们说呢？
