我喜欢英语，梦想着长大当一名英语老师。学校里，我是英语课代表，平时喜欢和同学们用简单的英语交谈。像“Hello！”“Howareyou？”“Whatareyougoing？”等等。这一次，我的愿望要实现了。老师留了作业，让我们做小老师，教会家里人。哦也，我欢呼雀跃起来！
回到家，我把大家召唤在一起。找出闹钟，定上时间，拿出英语课本，打开课文《Themap》一课。郑重地对他们说“今天，我的作业是要把这一课教会给你们，大家认真完成，谢谢合作啊，拜托！”一边说，一边双手合十做鞠躬状。心想，我容易嘛。“好，开始上课，先教第一句话‘We……have……a…map……’”这一遍我说得很慢。妈妈爸爸悟性最高，学得最快，其实我心知肚明，他们是上过好几年学的产物，经历过学校大家庭无数次的文化熏陶了，自然这点单词不在话下。
哎，爷爷奶奶可就不同了，我说了好几遍，还是不会。就在我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转的时候，突然灵光一闪，我想到了我的同学，把中国字标在书上的瞬间。于是，我改变对爷爷奶奶的教学方法，说道“喂、喊、五、鹅、卖、坡”哇，他们像着了魔一样，经过不断地读，反复地练，学得有模有样了。哎呀，一节课的时间终于要结束了，为了巩固练习，下课之前，我又让他们各自说了一遍，这一次，爸爸妈妈说得没问题，爷爷奶奶的`英语，真真切切的把我们一家逗得前仰后合啦！哇呀呀！

I think it’s a good idea for schools to ask students to evaluate their teachers. This informs teachers of how students react both to their teaching methods and to them as individuals. Teachers can weigh the criticisms and change what they think needs to be changed. Praise from students is also valuable. It can reinforce teachers’ opinions about how they’re teaching and give them confidence.
It’s also helpful for school administrators to hear what students think about their teachers. It keeps administrators in touch with what’s going on in the school. It also gives them some idea of which teachers effectively reach the students. However, good administrators know that student evaluations need to be reviewed with a keen eye for prejudice and adolescent attitudes. After all, and evaluation is a good way for students to get back at teachers who expect more of them than they want to give.
Evaluating teachers is also a good exercise for the students. They have to organize their thoughts about what they think of their teachers. In that way, they pinpoint for themselves what they expect of those teachers. They begin to understand what they value in a teacher and what is phony or useless. Evaluating their teachers is also a way for students to think about how they would evaluate themselves. Are they working as hard as they should in class? Is that why their teachers are sometimes critical of their work? Isn’t that what a teacher should do—push us to try harder? Thinking about these things can help students do better in class. At the very least, they will understand better what is expected of them.

“ABCDEFG……”自从我开始学英语起，我就特别厌烦英语，每当听到跟英语有关的字母或者是单词，就心想：“我是一名中国人，我为什么要学英语？英语好有什么用？我不一定会出国外，而且中国是我的家！”爱国之心是中国人必须拥有的品质精神，那时候，我总是觉得，我爱国，我不学英语！
可是，就是因为我从小有这样的心理，加上学校一个星期才两节英语课，我的英语只能勉强及格。自从转学后，我意识到了一些学英语的重要性，但是我并没有完全领悟，为什么中国人要学英语？我的语文和数学成绩在班上也算是优秀的，但是因为每次英语只有60到70分，庆幸的时候也就是80分左右，但是同学们的成绩，四分之一都是80分以上，虽然人数很少，就因为这样，我的英语成绩远远落后于一些同学，每次总分加起来，我顶多也是个第二名，这让我特别恼火，我没有去好好学习英语，而是更加厌烦英语，对于英语，只能用一个字形容——烦！
我尊敬老师，但是唯独不尊敬英语老师。这学期，新来了一名英语老师，我无所谓，心想：“教英语都不是中国人，都一样，一种人，我何必去理他。”我这种态度似乎被老师一眼就看出开了，老师从容地说：“同学们，说实话，你们喜不喜欢英语呢？”同学们哑口无言，“实话要实说，我知道你们都讨厌英语，成绩都是勉强提上来的，但只是以前你们死打死背单词，没掌握好方法。而且你们都有叛逆心理。”老师稍停了一会儿，说道：“也许你们以为学英语是觉得对不起国家、对不起父母，但是你们错了，你们知道吗？以前的英国统治了世界，即便是现在，连美国也比不上英国，如果你们想让中国的孩子不再学习英语，不是在这里叛逆，而是好好学习！要知道英语是主课，会加到总分里面，英语不好的同学，即便你语文数学再好，总分也是稍逊一筹……”
英语老师给我们讲了很多很多，基本上遇见某个同学不认真听讲、或者是不做作业，都会讲一些故事或者是道理，而我们就像听故事那样津津有味，这给我们很大的启示，我们也渐渐不厌烦英语了。
咦？这是什么？电饭煲吗？才不是呢！这是英语老师给我们带来的录音机~英语老师说：“你们不是一出生就会写字的，而是靠语言和交流才会说话写字的，英语也是一样，课前十分钟我让你们听一会儿磁带，但是，必须要安静，而且要去思考，我相信你们的成绩会挺高的，以为只要会说，渐渐的就会写。”老师还告诉我们：“听力占试卷很多分，所以要学好听力。而且，要把学习当作一种乐趣，而不是负担……”
英语老师从来不让我们默写单词，而是让我们背单词，一天背三到十个单词，我们觉得很轻松、也很快乐。老师要求我们快，还讲解了学好英语用速、效、雅三个要素(尊敬的老师对不起，我忘记了。)还讲解了这些代表什么，等等，很多很多，我们不知不觉喜欢上了英语。
英语老师很灵敏。一次出黑板报，由于一直没有画好灯笼，我就在英语课时不时地往黑板报看，可是我每次都是在老师转身写英语的时候才偷偷看的。“凌优！”英语老师突然的一声把我吓呆了，“你是不是再看后面还没有画好的.灯笼？我宽恕了你好多次了……”我听着，脸羞红羞红的，不敢再回头看黑板报……
还有一次，我由于英语练习没错，老师就点名批评我，其实也不是批评，而是说读书不是为了父母和老师等道理。我很伤心，其实我不必去伤心，那只是英语而已，学不学好无所谓啊！但是我为什么这么伤心呢？
自从那几次教训起，我也不知道为什么，每当到英语课，我就异常的认真，动都不敢动一下，坐姿端正，读单词或句子的声音也是最大的，我也不知道为什么，也许是因为害怕英语老师，也许是因为为了弥补以前的过错。
英语带给我的那些烦恼都被清风带走了，每当英语课听到那些磁带里发出的录音时，我总是想：“总有一天，我们不用学英语，而是那些外国的小孩学好中国的语言。而在迎接那天到来的之前，为了老师对我们的期望，也为了自己，学好英语！“
英语老师，我真的很想感谢您！但是，每当我看您的时候，刚刚来的勇气却又沉了下去，或许您已经把我列入学生中的黑名单了，可您还是我心目中的好老师！
