Teachers often get a chance to evaluate their students. Now the situation has changed. Schools allow students to evaluate the work of their teachers. This causes discussions about whether teachers should be evaluated by students. The views vary from person to person, and I prefer to say yes to this act because it provides a good way for teachers to learn their disadvantages and improve the quality of teaching.
Firstly, it’s a good way for students to express their opinions about teachers and lectures. From the expression, teachers can learn their advantages and disadvantages, which is important to improve their teaching skills. Secondly, students often evaluate teachers by doing some questionnaires, which are questions and selections on the paper, ranging from teachers skills to homework arrangement. Teachers can get much useful information from these questionnaires. Besides, the evaluated result will be submitted to school leaders who will judge whether the teacher is qualified or not. Finally, students will be motivated to pay more attention during classes and to listen to lectures more regularly, since they will be asked to give their own opinions about what they’ve heard. Of course, when students do the evaluations, they should be objective and impartial so that the evaluated result can be more useful and persuasive.
From what has been discussed above, we may confidently come to conclusion that teachers should be evaluated by students.
老师经常有机会评价学生。现在情况以及发生改变了。学校允许学生对老师的工作进行评价。这引起了关于学生该不该对老师进行评价的讨论。每个人的观点各不相同，我觉得应该，因为它给老师提供了一个从他们的缺点中学习并提高教学质量的好方法。
首先，这是学生表达他们对老师和课堂的看法的'一个好途径。从反馈中，老师可以从优点和缺点中学习，这对提高教学技能很重要。其次，学生通过有问题和选择的问卷对老师进行评价，问题从教师技能到作业布置不等。教师可以从这些问题中得到更多有用信息。此外，评价结果会交给学校领导，他们会判断老师是否合格。最后，学生会更有动力，课堂上更注意听课，上课更有规律，因为他们会被提问对所听到的给出自己的观点。当然，学生评估的时候应该客观公正，这样评估结果才更有用更具说服力。
从以上的讨论我们可以有信心地得出结论，老师应该被学生评价。

Dolphins are very friendly and peaceful. They never attack people. Instead, they have saved many people in danger in the past years. How helpful the dolphins are!
Dolphins are very clever. People often train them so that they can give a dolphin show which brings people a lot of happiness and joy.
Unluckily, the number of dolphins is getting smaller and smaller. Because of water pollution, there is less and less space for dolphins. Many people make money by hunting dolphins. If we don’t protect them, maybe we will lose our good friends one day. As a student, I hope more and more people should take actions to protect dolphins.

Teachers say that she is really a false boy in our class .She is short and thin, she has got short straight black hair, a high nose ,big eyes of spirit , she is my best friend.
Girls always listens to the teacher quietly in the class, but what does she often do? She often sits on the chair with one leg under her bottom and often stand up .She often walks around the teacher when she is in high spirit. The teacher often says to her: "We all have class quietly and silently expect you, Why do you just feel uneasy? You are really too active”. But it is very strange, she is the top student in our class.
Though she is a girl! She has the boy's hobbies: playing basketball, playing football , playing table tennis,etc. And she does them well. She and I played Shooting the Basketball game last year, I shot the ball three times in succession, I failed, I only stocked the hoop once, She shot three ball in succession, she all hit.
Look, This is she, a girl out of the common, a girl like a boy, a girl called “A Tommy boy”, an active girl.

Everyone has goals. Many people do not reach their goals for lack of planning. These three sets of goals should be developed: lifetime, intermediate and short term. Lifetime goals should be written out. These goals should be clear and reasonable. For instance, the goal to win a research prize is clear and measurable. Other lifetime goals might include publishing a certain number of influential books or articles, earning a departmental chairmanship at a major university, successfully competing for a grant from the National Science Foundation or securing a consultantship with a big corporation.
Intermediate goals relate to outcomes during the next few years. For the beginning doctoral student, intermediate goals may include completion of course work and preparation of a doctoral research proposal. Like lifetime goals, these are measurable and clearly stated.
Short-term goals involve outcomes expected during the next 12 months. These goals are more performance oriented, and they help with achievement of intermediate goals. Examples of short-term goals are earning an A in a course, learning how to program a computer or performing an experiment.

as far as i am concerned, i have been dreaming of being a guide for a long time. first, my major is the manage of tourism, so i want to get a job about tourism. secondly, good guides are knowledgeable and amiable, meanwhile, they have wide vision. finally, guide can constantly epand his knowledge and understand lots of customs about different cultures and countries.
to achieve my dream of being a qualified guide, i have to make sufficient preparations. fro one thing, i must learn my specialty well and travel at my spare time, just as the saying goes: “seeing is believing.” for another, i should enhance my eloquence so that i can epress the allusion about the view clearly. what’s more important ,i should control my mood freely and treat every traveler kindly.
being a good guide is difficult, but i believe if i endeavor to do this things in all hands. i’ll be successful sooner or later.
