　　上课铃响了，蔡老师手捧卷子走进教室，说：这节课我们英语测试。全班一声惊叹。考试时我一刻也没松过，直到考试结束。

　　第二天英语课上，老师开始报成绩，我的心怦怦直跳，仿佛已经到了嗓子眼。当报到我的'时候，我的心一下子从嗓子眼跌落谷底，天哪！我只考了83分。我该怎样回去更爸爸交代呢？我心里想。我看了看试卷，哎！有些题根本不该错呀！为什么当时不好好检查呢？我真后悔，可是世界上没有后悔药卖呀！只有面对现实。

　　放了晚学，我怀着一颗沉中的心情回到了家。当我打开家门，发现爸爸妈妈都不在家时。我的心情稍微好转了一些。爸爸回来以后，我忐忑不安地把这件事情告诉了他，爸爸听了，拿起试卷仔细地看了起来，我小心翼翼地站在一旁心想爸爸不知会吧我怎样。爸爸开口了，他耐着性子教育我说：有些题目你根本不该错，完全可以考到90分以上，为什么不仔细检查呢！有些错误明显是可以检查出来的，为什么不好好检查？看把y抄成了r，这个一检查就能检查出来的.....

　　爸爸的话一直在我的耳旁萦绕，是啊，为什么不好好检查呢，我以后不管什么考试，一定好好检查，不让悲剧再次发生！
