　　老师是教我们知识的人。他们有的率真，有的幽默，有的和蔼，有的亲切，有的不苟言笑……而我们的英语老师李老师则是一个看着很严肃其实很幽默的人。

　　李老师不是很瘦，身材匀称。她的脸很圆，也很白。总是戴着眼镜，一生气的时候眼睛就会瞪得很大，眉毛粗粗的，梳齐耳短发。特别喜欢抹鲜亮的口红，生气的时候，好像一张口就想把人吃了的样子。

　　她喜欢穿高跟鞋，鞋跟又细又长，走路发出“噔噔”的声音，响在安静的教室里的时候让人感到“震耳欲聋”。她的腿很细，穿着高跟鞋的样子很好看，好像两个叉子在地上交叉移动。

　　她读英文的时候特别流畅，很悦耳，很洪亮，比小喇叭的声音还大。所以她讲课的时候我们都挺喜欢听的，但也有人例外。

　　一次徐惠泽上课不听课，李老师一阵风一样走到他面前，盯着徐惠泽大声说：“徐惠泽你听课了吗？”徐惠泽目瞪口呆，结结巴巴的说：“”没，没听……”李老师听了气的用手指着他的脸，喋喋不休说起来“上课不听课你还想上天呐！你这样做能对得起谁呀？能对得起……”面对李老师连珠炮似的'话语，徐惠泽彻底蒙了。“让你不听课！”李老师越说越气不打一处来，用手边拍他的后背，边说：“如果你再不听课，我就把你当成非洲鼓拍！”之后她用力又拍了几下徐惠泽的后背。

　　因为徐惠泽不想让李老师把自己当非洲鼓拍，所以以后很少上课不听课了。

　　李老师也有率真的一面。记得一年级入学的时候，李老师讲课时让同学们猜她的年龄。此时宋卓伦举起右手大声说：“老师，你好是50多岁的人。”李老师做出一副差点儿晕了过去的样子。这时卢老师回班来了，李老师马上向卢老师告状，那样子要多天真有多天真！

　　这就是我的英语老师，有一点儿率真，有一点儿严肃，又有一点幽默的老师。

　　As children approach adulthood,school education has a great effect on the development of them and how to deal with the relationship between teachers and students is quite important.

　　Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

　　当孩子接近成年时，学校教育对人的发展有很大的影响，如何处理好教师与学生之间的关系是很重要的。

　　代沟在父母和孩子之间是很正常的，教师和学生也是。事实上，它可以通过相互理解和尊重的缩小。好老师是学生的朋友，他们会公平地处理学生的问题，学生也会信任老师。此外，学生依赖于教师，他们遇到困难是希望向老师求助，所以一个好的老师应该明确的了解学生的`思考和关心，应该与他们沟通，学生与老师之间也会有一个和谐的气氛。最后但并非最不重要的，教师和学生应该互相尊重，经常站在对方的立场思考，这样当他们之间有任何分歧他们可以寻求一个最佳的方式来解决问题。我认为相互理解和有经验的教师指导，代沟也将促进学校教育发展。

　　我们有一位特别搞笑的英语老师ashiley。

　　他是一个英籍老外，头发黑黑的，眼睛是棕色的，长方脸，戴着一副长方形镜框的眼镜。我并不是说他长相搞笑，而是他的行为特别搞笑，不信我就来给大家讲讲吧：

　　有一次，我拿一根笋干给他吃，ashiley装作被吓着的样子，用怪腔怪调的中文说：“啊！蛇，蛇！”看见他这样，我马上叫来兴趣班的同学一起拿笋干给ashiley吃，看见他怪模怪样，逗得我们捧腹大笑。

　　ashiley上的课课堂气氛很活跃，大部分时间都是在游戏中度过的。他经常让我们玩“吊死鬼”的游戏：每个同学读单词，若读错了，他就在黑板上划两条线，直到最后划成一个吊死鬼的'模样，他就会宣布谁是吊死鬼，这时同学们就会一起说：“吊死的不是我，是ashiley！”在游戏过程中我们学会了很多英语单词。

She is good at teaching and tries her best to make every lesson lively and interesting. She often gives us slide shows, teaches us English songs and helps us to put on short English plays.
