星期六早上，我到陈老师家学英语。
“Good morning，boys and girls！”陈老师用流利的英语向我们问好。
在第一堂英语课中（我是插班生），我很少发言，朋友跟我打招呼，我也不敢答应。后来，陈老师发现了我是一位害羞的小姑娘，便叫我不要害怕，只要按平常的心理状态去回答问题就行了。刚开始，他一次次的请我回答问题，我每次站起来后，都结结巴巴地回答，心里还“扑通、扑通”乱跳。但每一次陈老师都笑着说：“你的英语回答得很对，你也挺聪明，但是你回答问题时不要紧张，因为回答错了没有人会斥责你的，所以你不用怕，可以吗？”听了陈老师一次又一次鼓励的'话语，我的胆子渐渐大了，每一次上课时都能自己主动举手发言。就这样，我的英语成绩一天天提高，陈老师好像也格外地照顾我，喜欢我了。
陈老师对我的鼓励，使我越来越喜爱上英语课了！

最近，章老师用了一个妙招把我们班那些上课不认真的，不听课的同学全都改头换面，让他们上课认真。 课上，章老师对大家说：“我告诉你们，我报到名的以下同学都给我上课认真听，如果下课后能把上课的内容全都说出来，我就奖励谁，礼物你们自己说，但可是，如果在我的.课上吵！那吵的人就来负责礼物，好吗？”大家沉默了一会儿，欢呼起来“好！”果然，大家都赞同这个意见。接下来，老师开始报名，有些人因为报到而开心；而有些人因为没报到而没有获礼物的而伤心——失落。 接着就开始上课。章老师说了几个表示“上，下，左，右……”的单词，她准备让3位同学来表示，2位同学来听另一位同学的“命令”来做动作。到最后，没想到章老师居然把吴浩和杨一翔叫了上讲台。一位同学说了一声“on”只见吴浩他俩立刻把受伤的书放在头顶。大家都很兴奋地笑起来，他们居然能听懂。 果然，章老师的办法很管用，在这个星期内，不仅今天这节课大家很认真，整个星期的三节课都很认真，我也好喜欢这个新的英语课！

我们终于上五年级拉！终于，也有了新的英文老师来教我们，我们的新英文老师是全老师，大约有四五十岁吧。脸上充满着阳光。看起来全老师非常和蔼，但是对我们的要求还是很严格的。有时我们读错了一个音标，全老师也会耐心的教导我们说：“你读错了，应该是这样这样读……”
说到和蔼可亲，全老师真是我们见到的很和蔼的一位老师了，有些老师，发现学生做错了一点点小事，要么是劈头盖脸的一句，要么让他去罚站。可是全老师不会这样。有一次，我们班的陈昊同学上课玩珠子，结果全老师走过来，陈昊以为要怎么了，结果很害怕，但是，全老师并不是劈头盖脸的骂人，而是告诉陈昊，这样做是不对的，什么的`，最后陈昊对老师说了对不起，老师也就原谅了他了。
全老师说话也很幽默。那次开家长会，爸爸也把全老师的事情告诉了我，全老师说：“小孩子考试，就算靠的不好，作为一个家长，也不能劈头盖脸就是一句‘你怎么这么蠢啊，你怎么这么傻啊’之类的话，小孩子的自尊心很强，受不了这些打击的。”说完了，家长们都鼓起掌来。
这就是我们的全老师，我很喜欢她。
