今天，我参加了中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛山东省德州赛区的复赛，可真谓难上加难，势比登天，真是上刀山下火海，难得不得了。但是即使这样，我也没灰心，反而振作了起来，用微笑和笑容迎接比赛。看着其他选手站在那里不知所措，紧张的不得了，我感觉他们真令人可悲。我相信，这些选手肯定在家练了不下百回，但到台上却瞠目结舌，“台词”也忘得一干二净了，只见他们站在那里，就像一个个泥雕，仿佛著名雕塑家罗丹的大作。但这不是比雕塑，而是比英语才能的发挥水平，比的是英语口语。我作为一名普通的选手，看着就感觉苦笑不得。
虽然你不可能要求每一名选手都做到临危不惧这四个字，但也不能像老鼠遇上猫一样胆战心惊，双腿直发抖，不敢正视评委，把评委看成了高高在上的大法官，而把自己比成了即将被判刑的重刑犯。这些选手的'滑稽“表演”，丝毫没影响到我。时间飞逝，当评委大声喊到张家泰三个字时，我一愣，随即从容大方的走上讲台，侃侃而谈起来，我把事先准备好的英语作文朗诵，我感觉我的英语作文就像洪水咆哮般涌来，富有激情和热情，我越说越兴奋，越说越高兴，仿佛这不是一场比赛，而是游乐园，使我没有压力。接下来的环节我表现依然best。但结束后，我对自己充满了信心，确信一定能进半决赛，接着进入那匪夷所思的决赛，并在决赛中胜出。
果不出我所料，到星期天去查询成绩时，看到入围名单上有陈骏彬三个大字时，我的心脏简直快蹦出来了，又是这幸运的三个字：陈骏彬。让我走上了半决赛之路，使我能够再一次在中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛山东省德州市赛区的半决赛上展示自我，出人头地，鹤立鸡群，我真的是太开心了，但漫长的比赛之路又开始了，让我放下骄傲，迎来谦虚，最后走向成功，成就我的星光之梦，赢得一台台式联想四核液晶电脑，我正为此而努力着，加油吧！陈骏彬，你能行，下一个希望之星就是我。

When I put on a sports jacket,running in a basketball game,there is a feeling of freedom remain free.The blue sky and white clouds,sunshine,fresh air makes me to all the trouble to soak in the head.
When I have a rhythm on the court slapped basketball,it issued a "bang,bang,bang " sound,that sound inspire people.
Whenever I get rid of each other's attack,firmly into the basket,there will be a joy and happiness.When the ball " bang,bang " and shoes and ground milled " squeak,squeak " sound interleaved together,sounded like the symphony let me revel in it!
I love basketball,I love basketball,because it can make me happy and bring me joy!
My classmates and I often play together,this is more interesting.I played basketball with classmates and happy,in our hands freely,because we played very skilled.I now because the power is not enough,so the three points and almost,I am going to practice!

昨天，我去参加英语歌谣大赛，我很高兴。我是53号上场的，我的头上戴了一个兔耳朵，很像一个小兔子，我的表情很好，可是我的心里很紧张，我表演呀表演，终于表演完了，我给大家用英语说了声再见，然后就走了，到了最后，老师宣布了成绩。
我得了二等奖，我很失落，因为我想我的.表演没有得一等奖，这下我得要好好复习英语，要像这次英语歌谣大赛得一等奖的同学学习，如果下次再有机会的话，我一定会积极参加，争取得上一等奖。

说起比赛,从小到大我参加过许多项目，其中让我印象最深刻的一次是四年级代表班参加英语说故事比赛,当时被老师选上的心情真是雀跃不已。
比赛的日子一天天的来临，每当妈妈要我多练习时,我总是漫不经心,认为短短三分钟的故事对我来说非常容易，根本不用花太多时间练习。直到预演时，站在讲台上结结巴巴、脑中一片空白时才知大事不妙。回家后，开始进行魔鬼般的训练，不论是洗澡、吃饭甚至走在路上，我的口中总是念念有词。直到比赛前一晚，我还希望明天发生超级强烈台风，这样就有多一天台风假的时间可以准备。但是,天不从人愿，比赛当天是个大晴天和我忐忑不安的心情正好相反。
比赛时,我抽到一号， 连害怕的时间都没有就要准备上场了，说也奇怪，不知哪来的神秘力量?我竟能朗朗上口，顺利的`把故事说完。原以为两脚发抖、忘词的情节，竟然幸运的都没有发生在我身上。下台后,回到自己的座位上，专心聆听其他选手的表演，有的人紧张得四肢僵硬、脸色发白，有的人表演得生动活泼、令人不禁赞赏!公布名次的时刻终于来了，很侥倖的我得到第三名，真是兴奋极了!
有了这次的经验，不但让可以学习到其选手的优点，也深深体会到“胜利是留给有充分准备的人”。如果当时我没有下定决心急起直追、努力准备，也无法享受得到好成绩的喜悦!下次的比赛，得要及早准备,才不会临时抱佛脚，错失成功的机会!

四、宣布比赛环节和评分细则
Now I would like to introduce the rules for the contest
Today's competition has two phases: The first phase is a 5 minutes’ speech show, which composes 60% of the score. In this part, the contestants are supposed to make a 3 minutes’ impromptu speech according to the topics , and then they will answer the questions raised by our judges, and the time limit is 2 minutes.
And the second phase is the role play of each contestant, which takes 40% of the final score. Every one of them will be given 5 minutes to display their role they selected beforehand.
After the performance by the contestants, our judges will give fair judgment according to the comprehensive performance of each contestant. We will have one champion, two second prizes winners, three third prize and the rest contestants will get the Excellence Award. I wish all of them achieve a lot, and have good luck.
