　　今天我们到青龙中学（六中）去参加双语比赛，我到了以后发现同学们差不多已经都到齐了。然后我们便自己准备起了英语短文，这样可以等待还没有来的同学。等到同学们都来齐了，Ms yu便带领我们进去了。校园里边特别漂亮，喷泉花坛、全塑胶跑道、参天大树还有整齐的教学楼，我们带队的同学竟然被这美丽的风景迷住了，差一点儿就带着同学们走到操场上。但是幸亏Ms yu叫住了我们，然后我们围成一个圈表演，李晓曷第一个，她上去以后背的非常快而且中文没背就想下去，被Ms yu一下退了回去背了中文，我是第二个上去的，我表情自如，动作加的非常到位但是Ms yu说我声音太小，语速太快。

　　终于工作人员过来说：“B组的同学比赛了，B组的赶紧过来！”我们排成两队走到大厅，然后工作人员点名，我是第6个。我们按顺序排好队后，就走进了初一九班，然后抽签按顺序号入座我15号、梅笑寒14号、宋淑涵13号和陈玥琦17号我觉得真的是太有缘了，第一组开始比赛了，是1—10号比赛。所以我们又等了漫长的几十分钟，终于轮到我们比赛了，我们进入了比赛场地，这时我看到了一个男老师，两个女老师，和一个女外教。夏侯杨子先上，他一上场就问了老师几个问题特别搞笑，然后才开始背的……，终于到了我上场了，我站的笔直背的'英文流利，中文标准，声音洪亮的都可以听见回音了，外教的问题也都全部答对了。所有的参赛选手都答的非常好，我们就退场了，我们出来以后Ms yu紧张的问我们答的怎么样？我们都说答的很好，听了我们的回答她的脸上露出了满意的笑容…………等过了漫长的1个小时，成绩出来了，我得了97分！全组（35人）第一名！我当时心里非常高兴：我今天能取得这么优异的成绩，和Ms yu平时的辛勤辅导是分不开的，在这里我要感谢Ms yu！

　　There are so many sports we can play these days, but among them, I like to play basketball best. I learnt to play it when I was 11 years old.

　　Playing basketball can bring me some good friends, they have something in common with me, they always ask me to play it with them; And we can always share our skills together. 　　上周四，经过充分的准备，我终于迎来了英语书法比赛。

　　下午第二节课后，我就和辛如意向图书馆飞奔而去，虽然自己一边跑一边哼着歌，但心里却十五个吊桶打水—七上八下。

　　拿到比赛试卷后，我用颤抖着手拿起了笔，慢慢地开始抄写，心都提到了嗓子眼儿，生怕自己写错一个单词。

　　时间一分一秒地过去了，很快就轮到了写英语作文的时间，看着来回转圈的英语老师们，我的汗毛都快竖起来了，可偏偏就在这时，我写错了一个字母！我急得像铁锅上的蚂蚁团团转，比赛可是一个细节都不能错啊！

　　忽然，对面的小男孩递给了我一支字笔，小声说：“你用用吧！”我点点头，满怀感激地望了望我的.“救星”，又开始了写作。将笔归还给主人后，邓老师突然说道：“收卷！”大家纷纷上交了试卷。在上交的那一瞬间，我如释重负，感到十分轻松。

　　半个小时后，评委老师们打出了分数，开始分发奖状。我怀里像揣了只兔子：我排在第几名？获得了怎样的名次？而消息却令我大失所望—我获得了二等奖，而辛如意得到了一等奖，我祝贺她。以后我也要继续努力，为班级争光。

After the match, the father told his kid that winning was not the most important thing for the match, the first thing was to enjoy the game and finish it, the result was not that important.
