　　There was a basketball game in our school this afternoon. It was between Class 3 and Class 6 of Grade 5. They are the best teams in our school. When the game started, both of them played actively. They really embodied the sports spirit of "friendship first, competition second".

　　经过几天的反复练习，我胸有成竹地来到了赛场准备比赛。

　　只见一个女孩大大方方地走上舞台，开始自我介绍。随后流利地讲起了准备的英语故事。她讲得眉飞色舞，绘声绘色。评委老师听得如痴如醉，仿佛自己也进入了她的故事。这无疑是给了我们后面的选手来了个下马威。我紧张的心情如起伏的.波浪，一下子又一下地拍打着满载信心和希望的小船，我的心都快蹦出来了。这时，一个熟悉的声音在我耳边回荡：“不要气妥，不要紧张，主要你努力了，成功一定会紧紧地拉住你的手。”我的心渐渐平静下来，但还是会有抑制不住的紧张。

　　轮到我上场了，我怀着忐忑不安地走上了舞台。我先深深地吸了一口气，开始做起了自我介绍，但可以清晰的听出，我的声音有点微微的颤抖。讲着讲着，我仿佛看见了优质骆驼在沙漠上行走，在绿洲里吃草。接二连三的画面出现在了我的眼前。我的心平静了下来，声音不再颤抖，人也变得大方起来了，还加上了动作和感情。当我讲完了最后一句话，又说了结束语之后，我不禁长长地吁了一口气。当我往台下看时，评委老师向我投来了赞许的目光，嘴上露出了甜甜的微笑。

　　晚上回到家，发现妈妈比以往都要高兴，我很奇怪。妈妈告诉我了我一个好消息：“集团，你的英语故事比赛得了全年段第一名！”我听了这个消息，高兴得差点跳了起来，这可真是一个令我振奋的好消息啊！
