又到了三月底，当老师询问我是否要去参加央视的希望英语比赛时，我并没有像上次那样推脱，而是淡淡地答应。一瞬间，种种交杂着苦与乐的回忆涌上心头，而我明白，这令我又爱又恨的英语大赛，又将成为一个与众不同的挑战。
去年的三月底，英语培训班的老师也曾问我相同的问题。从来不爱出风头的我，虽然极不情愿，但还是被大家拉着去报了名。至此，令我难忘的训练时光缓缓拉开了序幕。
每天晚上七点的培训，令我只能一放学扒几口饭菜丢下书包就跑。那是是毕业班，放学晚，培训地点又远，真是没办法。第一轮只是笔试因此训练就是不停滴做题，然后听老师讲长篇大论的解题技巧，相当无聊。上完课，就得赶紧回家，赶完学习哦啊的作业，别提有多累了。而复赛的准备更是复杂：写演讲稿、背稿，准备回答评委的问题，还要不停修改稿子，研究语调、动作、发音。这，还算是简单的------道理后期，才艺表演、抽单词显示编故事、首字母故事接龙、模拟清静等各种项目五花八门地向你抛去，真不知该怎么办才好，只得无奈地感叹“时间都去哪儿了”。
筹备一段时间以后，比赛正式开始，抱着半推半就的心情，我听过了笔试。复赛演讲那天，台下黑压压一片全是人，选手们都很有经验，真叫我自愧不如。怀着紧张的心情我上了台，勉勉强强完成任务，还算机智地回答了问题。虽然自己不是很满意，但结果竟然是我进入了厦门市决赛。后面赛事也是如此，在福建省省赛的半决赛中自以为表现并不十分出色，但总算是完成了任务，而且奇迹般地晋级了了！在省赛的决赛中，我败下阵来来，由于并不十分在意结果，我也没有太失望。
话虽如此，在这一段经历中我的确得到锻炼和收获。从刚开始的紧张、勉强到最后的泰然自若，令我明白凡是都要经过历练、方能熟能生巧；从刚开始时间的紧急、慌乱到后来的从容，告诉我时间需要安排；从刚开始的孤身奋战到最后前仆后继的“战友“陪伴，让我收获了友情与乐趣。培训也许是痛苦、枯燥的，但也令我收获了友情与知识；比赛也许是紧张、毫不留情的，单页令我明白了”人外有人、天外有天“的道理，令我得到了锻炼，提升了书评，有了与众不同的`经历。回首过去，在我抱怨那次比赛的同时，我也逐渐开始享受比赛的刺激，体验挑战自我的乐趣，收获成功的喜悦。成绩并不重要，但我有了目标，我为之奋斗并收获了成功，我超越了自己也取得了进步。这才是最重要的，它足以抹去那次比赛中我所承受的压力与所有不愉快，足以令这次经历成为美好的回忆。
也许，在今年的英语大赛中，我还会抱怨，还会紧张，我还会有压力；但我还是准备迎接挑战，尽自己所能做到最好----毕竟，这是宝贵的经历。可能若干年后回首往事，我还会感叹：英语大赛啊，真令我又爱又恨。
来吧，这令我又恨又爱的英语大赛------我已经准备好了。

We are going to have an English-speaking contest for senior students so as to improve our oral English. It will be held in auditorium on the 5th floor in the teaching building at 4:00pm. , June 9th. Those who want to take part in the contest are supposed to come to sign up at the office of the students’ Union before May 25th. All the senior students are welcome to join in the contest. The first five winners will be given prizes.

I could only see the ball passed quickly from one to another. It was really a wonderful game. At last Class 6 won the first prize and Class 3 congratulated them warmly. They really embodied the sports spirit of "friendship first, competition second".
今天下午我们学校有一场篮球赛，是5年级3班和6班的比赛，他们是我们学校最好的球队。球赛开始后，两队都打得很积极。只见球迅速地从一个人手中传到另一个人手中。真是一场精彩的比赛。最后，6班赢了，3班衷心地向他们表示祝贺。他们真正体现了“友谊第一，比赛第二”的`体育精神。

I am a sports fan,basketball,table tennis,badminton.are sports I like.Among them,basketball is my best love,because it brings me joy.
When I put on a sports jacket,running in a basketball game,there is a feeling of freedom remain free.The blue sky and white clouds,sunshine,fresh air makes me to all the trouble to soak in the head.
When I have a rhythm on the court slapped basketball,it issued a "bang,bang,bang " sound,that sound inspire people.
Whenever I get rid of each other's attack,firmly into the basket,there will be a joy and happiness.When the ball " bang,bang " and shoes and ground milled " squeak,squeak " sound interleaved together,sounded like the symphony let me revel in it!
I love basketball,I love basketball,because it can make me happy and bring me joy!
My classmates and I often play together,this is more interesting.I played basketball with classmates and happy,in our hands freely,because we played very skilled.I now because the power is not enough,so the three points and almost,I am going to practice!
