It was a fine day that day. All the students of grade two gathered in the playground to watch the game.
最精彩的要数接力赛了，哨声一响，同学们像箭一样冲出去，奔跑在各自的赛道上，生怕自己落后。我是第三棒的队员，在我上场之前，心情很紧张，我握紧拳头，暗暗给自己鼓劲。在同学们的努力下，我们班取得了年级第二名的.好成绩。虽然没有得到第一名，但我们还是很开心、很快乐。老师说：“你们努力拼搏，付出了汗水，你们就是最可爱的孩子。”

Before I went on stage, I was very nervous. I clenched my fist and encouraged myself. With the efforts of the students, our class got the second place in the grade. 我一生中经历了许多事情，有些事情已在脑海里记忆不清了，但是有一件事在我的记忆中永远难忘。
记得那是三年级的`一天，我们正在上课，程老师面带笑容地走进教师，把我叫到办公室，并高兴地对我说：“你已被定为参加英语歌比赛的一名选手。”我听后，心里就像十五个吊桶打水——七上八下，一时不知所措，不由地皱起了眉头。
老师见我一副为难的样子，知道了我的心思。笑着对我说：“是不是有点紧张？”我点点头。老师又说：“其实呀，我第一次当老师也是像你这样，但是我对自己充满信心，再加上努力学习，充分备课，这样一天天下来也就不紧张了，懂吗？”我似懂非 懂地点点头。
以后，我早早起来就背英语单词，晚上吃好晚饭做完作业又背英语单词，经过我的不懈努力，终于把英语单词背熟了。可是我的感情还不够到位，所以又在课余时间请老师指导。
比赛那天不知不觉就到了，我和爸爸、程老师到了歙县教育局的多媒体教室，这里可真是人山人海啊！......终于轮到我唱了。我拿着话筒，既高兴又紧张，高兴的是有机会站在台前唱英语歌，为校争光；紧张的是：毕竟是第一次唱英语歌，怕唱不好，闹笑话。但在台下，有爸爸给我加油，老师给我鼓励。于是，我鼓足勇气，唱了起来......唱完后，我用目光搜寻着爸爸和老师，他们正满意地对我笑呢！
我想：只有自信，才能成功。
