　　Each coin has two sidesit brings us benefits to people. It is convenient for us to have some fast food. it brings us danger.The more junk food you eat, the unheathier you will be. 　　那一天，我去参加一个英语大赛，我哆哆嗦嗦的进了候场室，我坐在了椅子上，心情似乎平静一些了，我坐在椅子上，把上场要说的自我介绍，和英语故事“老鼠和狮子”都说了一遍，之后，大赛开始了，我排在了5号，看着前面的选手一个个都说得十分流利，我着急地走来走去，那时的心情比要去刑场的人好不到哪去，因为我是个有些内向的孩子，我深吸了一口气，告诉自己不要害怕，你一定行的！“请5号上场！”我再次深呼吸，并对自己说，你一定行的，于是我满怀信心的`走到了演讲台上，我对着评委和老师们流利的说了一遍我背的苦瓜烂熟的英语故事，老师们面对面说了一会就让我下去了，我等了好久，终于颁奖了，我等了好久终于听到喊我的名，我一看，呀！一等奖，我开心的笑了，笑的很开心。

　　比赛开始了，选手们一个接一个上场比赛。我站在场外，听到正在朗诵的同学那熟练的声音时，心里非常紧张。我不停地给自己鼓劲：“不要紧张，不要紧张！你是最棒的！”想着想着，我信心胜的'感觉。

　　轮到我上场，我先朗诵了中文，然后又很流利地朗诵了英语故事《TWOLIONS》。比赛结束了，我终于松了口气。宣布结果时，我的心又再次提到了嗓子眼。当广播里传来“三年级组一等奖沈泽宇”时，我悬在心中的石头一下子落了下来。

　　说起比赛,从小到大我参加过许多项目，其中让我印象最深刻的一次是四年级代表班参加英语说故事比赛,当时被老师选上的心情真是雀跃不已。

　　比赛的日子一天天的来临，每当妈妈要我多练习时,我总是漫不经心,认为短短三分钟的故事对我来说非常容易，根本不用花太多时间练习。直到预演时，站在讲台上结结巴巴、脑中一片空白时才知大事不妙。回家后，开始进行魔鬼般的训练，不论是洗澡、吃饭甚至走在路上，我的口中总是念念有词。直到比赛前一晚，我还希望明天发生超级强烈台风，这样就有多一天台风假的时间可以准备。但是,天不从人愿，比赛当天是个大晴天和我忐忑不安的心情正好相反。

　　比赛时,我抽到一号，连害怕的时间都没有就要准备上场了，说也奇怪，不知哪来的神秘力量?我竟能朗朗上口，顺利的把故事说完。原以为两脚发抖、忘词的情节，竟然幸运的都没有发生在我身上。下台后,回到自己的座位上，专心聆听其他选手的表演，有的人紧张得四肢僵硬、脸色发白，有的'人表演得生动活泼、令人不禁赞赏!公布名次的时刻终于来了，很侥倖的我得到第三名，真是兴奋极了!

　　有了这次的经验，不但让可以学习到其选手的优点，也深深体会到“胜利是留给有充分准备的人”。如果当时我没有下定决心急起直追、努力准备，也无法享受得到好成绩的喜悦!下次的比赛，得要及早准备,才不会临时抱佛脚，错失成功的机会!

　　这周星期五，也就是二零一四年的三月七日。我参加了由cctv主办的英语风采大赛。其中，笔试部分真是太难了。

　　一进大厅便是人山人海、“赛”人如织。挤都挤不过来。所以逼得我没办法，只好用参赛证和铅笔袋护着头，硬撞进去。好不容易排上队了，又被别人踩了好几脚，哎~我真倒霉啊！“啊！”我心想，“我得仔细听着工作人员有没有点到我的名字才行。”于是，我竖起耳朵仔细的`听着。忽然我好像是听到自己的名字了，便急急忙忙挤了过去，到了前面，“哦，你就是高明睿。请抽签吧！”我随便从箱子里抽了一个号码牌，“二十二号！”我先是一愣，继而是叹了一口气，“二十二号，挺靠后的。”

　　过了一会儿，一个工作人员把我们这二十几个人全都领到了二楼一个教室里面。一共有两张卷子，一张是对你的英语学习情况进行了解，比如：你读英语报纸吗？A、经常B、偶尔C、只读过一次D、从未读过。让你选择并在A、B、C、D前面打对号。接着又发了第二张试卷儿，太难了。第一、二题是听力部分。第一题是他说一个句子让你选A、Yes,heisB、Yes,sheisC、Yes,theyis.第二题是他说一个故事，让你选试卷上面写得是对还是错。我们让工作人员放了五遍都没怎么听懂。

　　过了一会儿，我们把笔试做完后，开始静静地背诵我们准备的故事。然后，工作人员觉得A1组已经结束了，就把我们五人一组五人一组的带下去进行才艺表演。当你背诵完后（如果你还没背完就到时间了就会让你停住），外教就会给你提供一张照片并提问你一至三个问题，如果你答不上来，外教就会对你说：“thankyou.”

　　It is impossible to recall all the past, but I can assure you that my childhood is a pleasant one to me.

　　When I was in kinder garden, I was very popular with my playmates because of my naughtiness. Once I made an arrow, with which I hurt one of my playmates and received scolding from my mother afterwards.

　　When I grew up, my father and mother dare not allow me to play outside. But sometimes when we had time they would bring me to the parks, movies and went swimming.

　　I like swimming very much. Thank them for teaching me swimming. I like to play with my friends because I was only a girl. My mother often scolded me when I didn't get home after school but never too severely.

　　I love my parents. I do think it is one of the best years in my whole life.
