　　English is a very important subject for Chinese students, and now they have to learn it even in the kindergarten. Some parents are willing to spend a lot of money to let their kids master English better. While the fact is that college English teachers find that most Chinese students’ English are in the low level, this problem lies in the language background. The traditional way pays attention to the grammar. Students’ ability of speaking English has been ignored, because it works nothing in getting high marks. What’s more, as they barely have the chance to speak with local people, so they can’t master English well. Today, with the development of technology, we can have access to all kinds of resources, it is very convenient to listen to the foreigners and get used to their accent. Only the lazy students refuse to learn it well.

　　As soon as I stepped into Xi Garden,I began seeking the precious “pink”eagerly.And ho,there it was!In the distance,several pink “clouds”were floating above a small pavilion.That was it!My cherry tree!

　　We quickened our steps.Little by little,the gossamer like pink “clouds”grew bigger and bigger and at last seemed to occupy the blue sky when we were just standing under the cherry,on a small slope.Beneath my feet,the soil was covered by fallen petals.What a wonderful experience!Stretching my arms widely,I felt as if flying in the air weightlessly in the world of pink.

　　When a gentle breeze passed by,hundreds of petals parachuted down.They danced and whirled beautifully in the air and blurred my vision.

　　The petals were so light that it took them some time to fall down onto the ground or into the pool.

　　The petals lying on the ground joined their brothers and sisters to extend a pink carpet while those floating on the water were setting out on a mysterious journey.

　　“I surely will be sorry when all of the petals have fallen down.”My friend said woefully.

　　“No.Although they have left their home and have been separated from each other,they are still happy and composed and try to do their best where God place them.”I said to myself,firmly and hopefully.

　　At two o’clock in the afternoon， we went to visit my grandma and grandpa。 I helped grandpa do some house work。 My sister and me played skateboard and doll。

　　At eight o’clock in the evening， we went home， and played computer games for two hours and then went to bed。

　　I was very happy on May Day！

　　“五一”劳动节那天，我妈妈、爸爸、姐姐和我去公园野餐，然后去看望了爷爷和奶奶。

　　早上九点钟，我们去公园野餐。我们带了果汁、玉米片、苹果、桔子、棒棒糖、香蕉、冰激凌、芒果等吃的。我还带了玩具，像娃娃、球、气球、滑板和风筝。

Now it has become one of the most famous places for tourism in London. It's located by the Thames River. It is the third largest ferries wheel in the world. If you go on the wheel, you may feel excited and a little scared too. Each cabin can contain about 15 people. There are thirty-two cabins on the wheel. Every cabin is air-conditioned. I think they must be pretty comfortable. The height of the London Eye is 135 meters, and the speed of its rotation is 0.26 meters per second. It takes thirty minutes to finish one revolution. That’s a long time, but you can enjoy the beautiful view of London.
