　　My English teacher, Mr. Jones, is a middle-aged man with thick glasses above his nose. We all like his classes, for he is always very active and has many ways to make his lessons lively and interesting. After class, he often plays table tennis with us. And at night, he usually works late and prepares the lessons carefully.

　　When we told him that we had passed the entrance examination of senior middle school, he Was so happy that he jumped like a child.

　　We all get along well with him. All of us still miss him very much after we have left the junior middle school.

　　Since I was a little boy/girl,I had a dream deep in my mind which is to become a teacher in the future,and I have several reasons for that.

　　First of all,teacher is the career which is called the engineer of human's spirit.I'd like to spend the rest of my life to help more people realizing themselves as well as following the steps of our ancestors,in morallity and in technics.

　　Secondly,I always have a favor of share my experience with others.If I had a chance to be a teacher,I'd like to share my study experience with my students to help them to study more easily,and I am in chance of becoming a friend of them,which will make me like this job more.

　　Finally,there exists another attraction that teachers always have vocations.Since then,I can have more time to be with my family,and I always believe that family is important.

　　According to what I have said above,I have the dream of becoming a teacher.

　　那和蔼的眼神我久久不能忘却：“明年我们卷土重来！”

　　这学期我参加了英语拼词大赛，和我一同参加这次比赛的队员来自不同的班级，我们彼此之间不是很熟悉，录制完自我介绍的视频后，便再无音讯，大家便各自准备各的，迎接决赛的到来……

　　比赛如期而至，我们队代表英语W老师参赛，我们上场前，W老师拍拍我的肩：“加油！你一定行！”带着老师期望的我们，在第一轮却已落后4分，我们时不时望着台下的W老师，不知道他会不会觉得可惜？会不会对我们失望？但当我们决定通过那几道10分值的题目扳回一局时，却屡战屡败，三轮下来，不但没有按我预想中的进行，反而丢失了三十分，我知道，分值再高的题目，也不能帮我们赢回胜利了。

　　在我们队的无限自责中，比赛也接近了尾声，我们的W老师作为英语教研组长为台上的选手颁奖。“三等奖中的三等奖”（最后一名）的.我们，恨不得找个地洞钻进去，W老师看到有意躲在人群中的我们，大步走到我们身边：“来，让我给我的孩子们颁奖！”说着，我们每个人的脖子上也多了一块奖牌，W老师递给我们一个和蔼的眼神：“一次输赢说明不了什么，大家努力了就好，好好复习，明年的拼词大赛我们卷土重来！”我望着W老师那张亲切的脸，他的眼神里没有一丝责备，更多的是关爱，我不禁心生暖意，是啊！明年我们卷土重来！

　　第二天的英语课上，W老师对昨天的拼词大赛进行了总结：“想必大家昨天都去观看了拼词大赛，我认为比赛的输赢并不重要，努力的过程才是根本。当然，大家应该积累比赛经验，每次比赛都是一次不平凡的经历，老师希望大家能积极参与各类学科活动。这次代表咱们班参赛的是L同学，请大家给予她热烈的掌声。”说完老师再次递给我一个和蔼的眼神，为我鼓起掌来，全班响起雷鸣般的掌声，我也下定决心：“明年拼词大赛一定好好努力，不让同学失望，也为老师争光！”

　　那和蔼的眼神我至今不能忘却，好的，“明年我们卷土重来！”
