　　在上一个帖子中，老许提到在CET4/6试题中，有两个拉分最厉害的部分，一是听力题，一是作文题，大学英语四六级考试万能作文模板。老许还说，跟汉语作文的“起承转合”类似，英语作文其实也有固定模式，但他不便透露细节。这个帖子发表之后不久，就有网友给我留言，告诉我其实网上早就有所谓的“CET4/6万能作文模板”了，并告诉我一个网址，让我去看看。

　　我到那里一看，果然有五个模板，认真拜读一遍之后，不由得大吃二惊。第一惊的是：我们中国真是高手如林，多么复杂、困难的问题，都能够迎刃而解，实在佩服之极。第二惊的`是：“八股文”这朵中国传统文化的奇葩，在凋谢了一百多年之后，竟然又在中华大地上重新含苞怒放，真是可喜可贺。

　　三年的英语特长，让我很好地掌握了方法，我准备在初中好好的发挥一下我的特长。学英语嘛，其实也不难，当然不靠死记硬背，要灵活运用。课文是辅助你学习那个知识点的，但里面那学常见的语法也是要牢记滴。

　　首先，那当然是单词啦，单词量是最重要的，没一个单词就像我们的每一个汉字与词语一样（我说的没错吧..）记单词首先可以看读音，大部分都能跟着读音顺下来，但那要看每个字母是发什么音,字母本身的读音叫做字母音，但在单词中，有的字母不发字母音，如：c,在e/i/y前读/s/,其余情况下读 /k/。（不举太多例子了）。每当在单词中遇见这种的情况，都要熬牢记住它的发音，这样十分有助于看音标写单词。还有一个方法，对劳记单词很有效，就是玩单词接龙（不包括词组），和成语接龙的规则一样，接的越多，记得越多。可以试试哦！我就是为了帮我们组赢，把二十四个字母在我小霸王电脑上能查到的（不包括词组）都记了个遍呢！

　　接着就是朗读，跟着磁带读，可以先听一遍，熟悉一下它的速度。外国人说英语的.速度很快，而说中文就很慢，常常让人听着十分着急。我们也一样，所以，跟读的作用就体现在这里了。背诵，我觉得不如看汉译翻译英语好，既练了速度，又加深了印象。

　　最后就是语法的掌握，英文句子和汉译有时恰恰相反，例如：我妈妈带着一顶白色帽子你多大了？（若翻译成“怎么老是你”那可......）当然正确的使用是关键，要多留意的特征，找相关的句子和例子可以帮助记忆和理解哦。

　　nowadays an increasing number of students flats have tv receivers installed in them. tv presents a vivid world in front of tudents. boys could enjoy sports games at will. some programs help students recharge (再充电) their knowledge and keep them abreast of(跟上) modern developments. tv receivers enrich their learning life.

　　obviously, students are not free from any troubles. some students are addicted to(沉溺于) tv. tv receivers in some flats are still on late at night or never turned off on weekends. some students spend much spare time watching tv programs, which is seriously interfering with their responsibilities at school. still some students eyes are getting worse.

　　in my opinion, moderation (适度，适可而止) is the key to everything including watching tv programs. i would not recommend that students try to eliminate tv receivers totally from their flats. however, we need to strike some kind of a balance between the tv programs and school studies. learning to successfully manage time at a young age will definitely pay off in later life.

As a business and success coach, I often hear from people who are wondering if it’s time to make a change in their lives. 　　Most people are not in jobs that they planned and studied for. As a matter of fact, it’s pretty clear that many people are in careers that just “happened.” They started working at a job thinking it was going to be something they’d do until they decided what they really wanted to get involved in, and then they just stayed around until it became a kind of career.

　　In other cases, individuals are in jobs or professions based on the guidance or encouragement of other people in their lives. Perhaps their parents always wanted a doctor in the family. Maybe their boyfriend or wife kept telling them they were capable of “better” things and needed to get moving on their career. My point is this: Regardless of how they got to where they are now, it wasn’t, for most of the population, a well thought-out plan that was skillfully executed.

　　In my coaching practice, I’ve learned that this situation often translates into people doing work that really isn’t right for them personally. They may be doing okay, but they sure don’t bound out of bed looking forward to getting to work each day.

　　We are all more successful when we are doing things we enjoy. To help clients decide what that may be, I ask them a few questions designed to get them to take an honest look at who they are at their core.
