　　angelina jolie has dropped her legal battle with a perfume-maker who had named her fragrance shiloh - the same as jolies youngest daughter.

　　jolie had filed a note with the u.s. patent and trademark office in january this year after discovering that symine salimpour was naming her scent shiloh.

　　salimpour, an israeli/french perfume-maker, had insisted that she was not inspired by the celebrity baby, but by the hebrew meaning of the name which means "his gift".

　　the washington post reveals that jolie has called off her legal eagles, and that salimpour now has the go ahead to market the product with the name.

　　she is getting ready for the first shipment of shiloh to land in the united states, and insists that five percent of the perfumes profits will be going to an israeli non profit organisation beit issie shapiro that provides medical and educational services for disabled children.

　　"in hebrew, shiloh means his gift.. and i will use the perfume to give something back to the children of israel and the middle east," the paper quoted her, as saying.

　　I went hiking to a mountain with my friends last summer. It was a good trip at the beginning but something unexpected happened on the half way. One of my friends suddenly felt a terrible pain in his stomach and he couldnt move any further. Nobody knew what to do. One girl tried to call her mum with her mobile phone but there was no signal in the mountain area.

　　Luckily we brought a tent with us. We put it up and let him rest in it. He took some medicine. Then he drank some water, and ate some food. After a while, he felt much better and we walked on. We all enjoyed ourselves on the top of the mountain.

　　When we go on a business trip, we will be faced with the choice of traveling by train or by plane. Before making the right choice，we had better make a close comparison and contrast of them.

　　First of all, a train will take us to our target railway station. Also, a plane will take us to the target airport， Second, in a train we can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the countryside. Likewise, in a plane we can command a good view of fields, buildings, mountains and even plains of clouds. Despite these similarities, they differ in the following aspects. First, a train ticket is cheap. Most of us can afford it. However, a plane ticket is about twice as expensive as a train ticket. Most of us grudge paying for it. Besides, it is safer to travel by train. If the train gets into some trouble, we may survive by jumping out of it. On the contrary, if we travel by plane, we have to ask God to bless us. However, it takes us longer time to travel by train than by plane.

　　Therefore, it depends which transportation tool we should choose. If we just want to save money，we will travel by train; but if we want to save time, we will turn to the plane.
