　　妈妈是个文盲，认识的字不多，她只读到小学三年级，但她好学。即使读得书不多，也还是可以讲普通话，她也很喜欢看书，不懂的字不是去问我，就是去问字典。

　　就在这几天，为了给上初中打基础，我在背26个字母。妈妈看着26个字母，也轻轻地读起来。我就问道：“妈，你也会读呀？”妈妈看着字母说：“我不会，你可以教我呀！”妈妈的'话把我震住了。“妈妈，你学这干嘛？”妈妈很洋气地说：“我不想被社会淘汰，我要开始学英语！”妈妈好像是抱着决心的。她朝表哥说：“阿宪，从今天起，你来教我英语，如果你肯教我，我今天就煮好东西慰劳你。”

　　那26个字母像一座沉重的大山压在妈妈那儿。要知道，她对此真是一窍不通。不是“V”和“U”搞错，就是把“I”和“L”混淆，妈妈被这些字母搞得头晕眼花。如果妈妈不是用好东西诱惑表哥，我想表哥早就不想教她了。妈妈有时还会向我求教。我让她读给我听，她读道：“啊（A）笔（B）死（C）地（D）……”我一个一个地耐心纠正，妈妈一个一个耐心地学。

　　功夫不负有心人，妈妈终于把那些字母全部认识了，虽然还是发音不准，但已经很不错啦。再过几天妈妈就要叫表哥正式教英语单词和日常会话了。

　　妈妈就是那么好学，她的性格也很倔强，别人越是认为她不会，她越是要硬着头皮学会。这就是我的妈妈，黄蔚佳的妈妈。

　　我们小学三年级的时候就开始学英语了，不知为什么，我对英语很不感兴趣，这次期末考试更是考了个一团槽，幸亏妈妈把我对英语的兴趣及时培养了起来。

　　放暑假时，妈妈自告奋勇地当起了我的英语老师。她给我买了一台学习机和学英语的光碟，我们每天都抽出大约一小时的时间来学习英语。妈妈告诉我，学习英语交不难，只要掌握了方法，就会觉得很有趣。通过学习，我觉得妈妈说的很有道理，比如卷笔刀这个单词，英语是sharpener，共有9个字母组成，死记硬背是肯定不行的，即使背掉了过几天也会忘掉，如果你知道哪个字母或哪几个字母发什么音，就一定不会忘掉了。掌握了方法，一个单词几秒种就能背掉。有一天晚上，我一口气背了6个单词呢！就在那天晚上，我第一次觉得学习英语并不是一件很难的'事情，我也暗暗下定决心一定要把英语学好。

　　Mary is one of my ClASSmates. we are good friends. She is a little bit special, for it is hard to find a girl so fat in her teens. Someone says, “She seems like a big snow ball with two smiling tiny eyes which can speak. ”

　　Mary is kind and warm-hearted. When somebody in ClASS falls ill,she goes to attend to him or her. When John has troubles in his studies, Mary always helps him with his lessons. As I am not able to knit a sweater, she lends me hand in doing so. When ClASSes are over, she is always the first to clean the blackboard. When an old teacher has difficulty in walking upstairs, she goes over to support him or her. In a word, whenever she is in need, she never stand by with arms folded.

　　Although she is so fat, she is quite quick in action and full of energy. You can often see her on the playground, either playing basketball or volleyball. Sometimes, I make fun of her by saying, “You＇d better play football as a doorkeeper.” She just tolerantly laughed. 　　搞笑的是有一次学校派我们几个外出听人家的优质课，我老早就跑去了，生怕找不到好位置。最后选了一个最佳——第一排正中！然而一节课下来，着实恼火，除了黑板上板书的单词我知道外，老师的课堂口语我一句都听不懂！真是笑话呀，英语老师听不懂英语课！

But students should have aninternship before entering the society or at least have a concept about the job related to their specialized subject. Most students know nothing except the textbook, which makes them feel hard to get start. What’s worse, some graduates don’t learn well in school. They neither have experience nor master the the oretical knowledge. In addition, the majority of students are the little prince and princess at home. They haven’t suffered any hardship with the protection oftheir parents. As a result, they can’t endure hardship or easily give up when meeting difficulties.

　　To summarize, the graduates should try their best to improve themseves to get out the embarrassing situation of finding jobs. That also makes recruiting much more smoothly. I firmly believe this situation will be better in the future.

　　总之，毕业生应尽力提升自己来让自己逃离找工作的尴尬局面。这也会使招聘进行得更加顺利。我相信这种情况在未来会变得更好。
