今天我们到青龙中学（六中）去参加双语比赛，我到了以后发现同学们差不多已经都到齐了。然后我们便自己准备起了英语短文，这样可以等待还没有来的同学。等到同学们都来齐了，Ms yu便带领我们进去了。校园里边特别漂亮，喷泉花坛、全塑胶跑道、参天大树还有整齐的教学楼，我们带队的同学竟然被这美丽的风景迷住了，差一点儿就带着同学们走到操场上。但是幸亏Ms yu叫住了我们，然后我们围成一个圈表演，李晓曷第一个，她上去以后背的非常快而且中文没背就想下去，被Ms yu一下退了回去背了中文，我是第二个上去的，我表情自如，动作加的非常到位但是Ms yu说我声音太小，语速太快。
终于工作人员过来说：“B组的同学比赛了，B组的赶紧过来！”我们排成两队走到大厅，然后工作人员点名，我是第6个。我们按顺序排好队后，就走进了初一 九班，然后抽签按顺序号入座我15号、梅笑寒14号、宋淑涵13号和陈玥琦17号我觉得真的是太有缘了，第一组开始比赛了，是1—10号比赛。所以我们又等了漫长的几十分钟，终于轮到我们比赛了，我们进入了比赛场地，这时我看到了一个男老师，两个女老师，和一个女外教。夏侯杨子先上，他一上场就问了老师几个问题特别搞笑，然后才开始背的……，终于到了我上场了，我站的笔直背的英文流利，中文标准，声音洪亮的都可以听见回音了，外教的'问题也都全部答对了。所有的参赛选手都答的非常好，我们就退场了，我们出来以后Ms yu紧张的问我们答的怎么样？我们都说答的很好，听了我们的回答她的脸上露出了满意的笑容…………等过了漫长的1个小时，成绩出来了，我得了97分！全组（35人）第一名！我当时心里非常高兴：我今天能取得这么优异的成绩，和Ms yu平时的辛勤辅导是分不开的，在这里我要感谢Ms yu！
希望我在复赛中，继续取得优异的成绩！

I was very excited, because this was my first time to watch such race. Whenwe arrived at Nanhu Park, there were hundreds of people around the two sides ofthe river. We found a place can see the match clearly hardly. The participatesat on the boat look like dragon. When the signal to start set, everyone on theboat tried their best to make the boat forward. And the people who werewatching also cheered them. The air was very lively.

The game was scheduled to start at start at eight o’clock on Friday night. Long before that, people began to arrive at the gymnasium. By seven-thirty the seats were almost filled.
The school band was there; they wore yellow and black uniforms. They started to play at about a quarter to eight. Everybody stood up, and the people sang. The game was about to start.
Two teams ran out to the floor. The referee blew his whistle, and the game started. A basketball game is divided into two halves, and each half is divided into two quarters. There is a rest period between the halves.
During the first five minutes of the second half, the score was tied. From then on, the game was very exciting. First one team made a basket, then the other.
The people cheered, and everybody was wondering which team was going to win. The ball hit the rim of the basket and seemed to hang there for a moment, and then it fell through the basket. The whistle blew and the game was over. Home team won, 70 to 68.

生活周遭常有许多的经验，而最令我印象深刻的就事第一次参加英语演讲比赛，因为它很特别，所以令我难忘。
他之所以特别，是因为我得到五年级组的第一名，在这次比赛之前，我体会到同学给我的帮助，以及老师的关爱之情，使我感激不已，同学及老师为了这次比赛，费尽不少心思来帮助我，甚至牺甡自己午休时间为我加油打气，及做道具让我得到好成绩。
当我踏上讲台时，看见台下黑鸦鸦的一群人，心里“砰砰！！”地跳个不停，非常害怕出错，可是看到老师和同学支持的眼神，使我更加有自信，好不容易完成演 说，我很开心，因为我克服了恐惧，完成使命，到了公布成绩时刻，大家都鸦雀无声，当听到第一名“陈佳缘”时，我立刻跳起来，同学都为我鼓掌，心想:“辛苦是有价值的'。”
难忘的经验，有好也有坏，都应该好好珍惜，如果失败，要加以改善，也不要气馁，检讨自己优缺点，加以改善，做为下次成功的垫脚石，就如俗语说的好:“失败为成功之母”；如果成功，就要更进步，努力往前奋斗，这次英语演讲比赛，不仅给自己更大的信心，还留给我难忘的回忆，凡是努力去做，不管成功或失败都会有很大收获。

It’s one of the strongest contenders. I like NBA. I love basketball.
