我喜欢英语，梦想着长大当一名英语老师。学校里，我是英语课代表，平时喜欢和同学们用简单的英语交谈。像“Hello！”“Howareyou？”“Whatareyougoing？”等等。这一次，我的愿望要实现了。老师留了作业，让我们做小老师，教会家里人。哦也，我欢呼雀跃起来！
回到家，我把大家召唤在一起。找出闹钟，定上时间，拿出英语课本，打开课文《Themap》一课。郑重地对他们说“今天，我的作业是要把这一课教会给你们，大家认真完成，谢谢合作啊，拜托！”一边说，一边双手合十做鞠躬状。心想，我容易嘛。“好，开始上课，先教第一句话‘We……have……a…map……’”这一遍我说得很慢。妈妈爸爸悟性最高，学得最快，其实我心知肚明，他们是上过好几年学的产物，经历过学校大家庭无数次的文化熏陶了，自然这点单词不在话下。
哎，爷爷奶奶可就不同了，我说了好几遍，还是不会。就在我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转的时候，突然灵光一闪，我想到了我的同学，把中国字标在书上的.瞬间。于是，我改变对爷爷奶奶的教学方法，说道“喂、喊、五、鹅、卖、坡”哇，他们像着了魔一样，经过不断地读，反复地练，学得有模有样了。哎呀，一节课的时间终于要结束了，为了巩固练习，下课之前，我又让他们各自说了一遍，这一次，爸爸妈妈说得没问题，爷爷奶奶的英语，真真切切的把我们一家逗得前仰后合啦！哇呀呀！
当老师真不容易啊，要面对各种各样的学生，但我还是喜欢当老师，当英语老师，不光能传授知识，还能品味教学的乐趣，一举多得啊！

In Memory of Mr Cai
The news that Mr Cai had passed away was known, and I fell into great sorrow. The sound of the rain knocking on the window was so mournful① that it deepened my distress②.
My memory brought me back to the class when I saw him for the last time.
That evening it was raining, too. We started our lesson as usual at a quarter past six. I sat in the first row, and I saw Mr Cai press his stomach with a hand from time to time, but I didn＇t know the reason then. The two hours passed quickly. When the lesson came to an end,Mr Cai told us that he had possibly developed a stomach cancer, and would go to Beijing to see a doctor. If there was nothing serious, he would continue to teach us after he came back. He was very calm and his voice was steady③. He still gave us some homework. He said that he would mark the papers as soon as he came back.
Then I started to wait for his return. I had not thought that I would not see him any more. The cancer had taken his life, even though he was still young.
Mr Cai＇s words are still ringing in my ears,“I hope you will be one of the best students.” I think I should work hard at English and live up to his expectation ④.
I have lost a good teacher. Tears will dry up in time, but the memory will stay for ever.

她呢，看上去约四十岁，不胖不瘦，常穿一些颜色清新的衣服，显得十分端庄，再近看，两边的头发中竟夹杂着些许的短白发，就好像饱经了风霜后十分老道的样子，但因可爱轻松的磨菇头，在典雅的气质上添了些许活力与恢谐，所以她也不显得老。不知是不是因为前面剪了留海，所以衬得眼睛十分的'有神，它似乎可表达心中的意愿。她要是一笑，那双清澈的眼睛便眯成一条缝，哦，对了，我还忘了英语老师的那对柳叶眉，很清秀，有时我甚至在想：老师要是没有那刺眼的白发，说不定还能更显得年轻。
她很平易近人，虽然她是老师，但是她在课堂上完全没有老师的那种严肃，她有的是更多的亲和力，她会用慈祥的目光看上课时不专注的学生来提醒他认真上课;在谁取得好成绩时莞尔一笑，表达她心中的欣慰以及期望;当然，在没有考好时，她更加会投来鼓励的目光来激励我们努力学习。

如果今天让我跟英语老师角色交换，我会先告诉自己：“要当个受欢迎的好老师，一定不可以整学生哦！”
我事先很努力的准备课程，我要让我的学生考不倒我，也要让我的学生觉得这堂课程太有意思，原来英语课就是这么好玩，一点也不可怕。
原本的.英语课是从头到尾都在念课文，但我带着他们玩“大风吹”，就是把一个英语单字写在纸上，当我念到那个单字时，写那个单字的人就要互相换位子。
这个有趣的游戏，让大家不但玩疯了，还在游戏的进行中，不知不觉的把每个单字的拼法都记忆起来了，大家欲罢不能的吵着要继续玩下去，我觉得很骄傲。
接下来我要带着学生们到户外活动，一边抓蝴蝶、一边用小草、小花编手环，每一样接触的东西，我就在他们的耳边，把英语念出来，抓一只就念一次，干脆编一首英语歌来唱，把所有的昆虫、花朵都放进歌词，多么有趣呀！
我要让每个人都敢上表演讲英语，利用分小组的方式，只要上台就能加分，学期末就换礼物，让大家变的更有胆量，也更不怕上台了。
只要用心当老师，每个人都会喜欢上任何一种课，我这个英语老师扮演的还不赖吧！

i have come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist and that there are as few as there are any other great artists. it might even be the greatest of the art since the medium is the human mind and spirit.
i shall speak only of my first teacher because in addition to the other things, she brought discovery.she aroused us to shouting, bookwaving discussions. she had the noisiest class in school and she didn’t even seem to know it. we could never stick to the subject. she breathed curiosity into us so that we brought in facts or truths shielded in our hands like captured fireflies.
she was fired and perhaps rightly so, for failing to teach fundamentals. such things must be learned. but she left a passion in us for the pure knowable world and she inflamed me with a curiosity which has never left. i could not do simple arithmetic but through her i sensed that abstract mathematics was very much like music.when she was relieved, a sadness came over us but the light did not go out. she left her signature on us, the literature of the teacher who writes on minds. i suppose that to a lager extent i am the unsigned manuscript of the high school teacher. what deathless power lies in the hands of such a person.
i can tell my son who look s forward with horror to fifteen years of drudgery that somewhere in the dusty dark a magic may happen that will light up the years…if he is very lucky.

in sum, there is a great deal one cangit out of being a teacher. i suppose not all teachers get all that they can out of their profession. some may get very little. but for those who are suited by temperament to be teacher,it is a perfect job.

为了这个伟大的梦想，我提早学音标，利用吃早饭时，听录音。让自己多熟悉英语，多读，多听，多背是学习英语的三步曲，“听”：听录音；“读”：跟读﹑朗读；“背”：熟背﹑不能死背。我会努力更加专心学习英语。为理想而奋斗。
经过我的`努力，现在我按照学习英语三步曲，我的英语水平得到了提高。去年期末考试，我的英语成绩是满分，全班第一。现在我又是英语科代表，老师称赞我，说我进步快，其实是我为理想奋斗的成果。我不骄傲，再接再厉。

如今回想起来，那位老师真的是心中的明月光。
他不姓金，只是名字里有个金字，所以大家都称他为金。
他的发音很标准，几乎不带着那种中式英语口音，这在很多英语老师当中都是难能可贵的。只是可惜自己在练习发言的时候没有那么努力，因此也就没能像他一样养成良好的发音习惯，说上一口地道的英语。据他说在学习英语的时候也颇出了一番努力。第二外语也是如此。上天本来也不会辜负那些愿意付出的人。
金最值得称道的还是那种非常有条理和系统性的`讲课方式。是的，英语在外语当中尽管说是比较简单的，但他有许许多多繁杂零碎的知识点。他所讲的内容在哪一本书上都无法一模一样、完完整整的找到，可见他也不是在照本宣科，而是将自己多年的所学编排成了一套自有的体系。在他的讲解之下，英语也就变得不太复杂。
至于长相帅气，身材高又打得一手好篮球，就是锦上添花的项目了。
曾经沧海难为水，曾经遇到了一个那么好的人，其他的人也就失去了颜色。以至于后来再遇到其他的老师总觉得毫无况味，毕竟那些老师的讲课水平和业务能力与他都是相去甚远。到了后来也遇到过更加优秀的人，但是始终也忘不掉金。
