　　我欢天喜地地来到学校，因为，今天有运球比赛。我开开心心地下楼去练习运球，不到一会儿，就是二年级运球比赛。第一个跑的是我，心里特别紧张，“砰”，枪声一响，我飞快地向前跑了起来，边跑边运球，同组比赛的都是男生，只有我一个女生，我想：“我一定要跑快一点，为我们二·八班争光添彩。”后来，我们班好像是第二名。

　　On March 22 nd we had a reading competition in a high school. That day, I was very nervous about the competition. I thought and thought…..and I said to myself,Austin, don’t worry it will be fine. After a while, my mom took me to that high school.

　　When I got into the seat of the car, my stomach started to hurt, but I knew that sort of thing will happen all the time during a stressful event like a reading competition. Later, after a few hours had past, it was my turn to walk up to the stage and say my lines. But wait! I looked over and noticed the judge wasn't looking at me- it was if she didn't respect me! We learned how important eye contact is during our assembly.

　　我们是第三个表演，原本非常自信，可看了前两个表演后，顿时，成了一个个泄了气的气球。就说第二个表演吧，他们演的是英文的“三打白骨精”。内容很多，也非常幽默，原本书中写的是悟空外出时，唐僧等人在原地休息，而表演的的同学们却改编成了在原地打扑克。这让全场的'评委老师和同学都笑了起来。我们也哈哈大笑。不一会儿就到我们了。

　　我们径直走上舞台，快速布置起来。布置完背景后，我按照自己的稿子认真地念了起来。在警察出场时，闹了一个小笑话。我的旁白还没有念完时，警察就出来了。这也注定了我们的分数会下降。表演完了后，我们下场欣赏别的同学的表演了。

　　我看了接下来的表演，有的表演《狐狸偷肉》，有人表演《小红帽》，还有人表演《狐假虎威》等经典的故事，我觉得我们最多只能拿最后一名，所以在心里下定了决心要好好学习英语，成为英语小能手。

　　转眼间，已经10月6日了，下午，我将要参加由广州市少年宫举行的“少儿英语表演赛”初赛。虽然或多或少地准备了三天，可心里依旧没有底。就从我们班看吧，参加这次比赛的同学在放假前好几天就开始准备了。再把眼光放远一些，整个广州市的英语精英多的是，他们不知什么时候就开始准备了。不说这么多了，反正就是一句话：心里乱的是。

　　下午两点钟多一点点，我就出去坐车了。一想到马上就要比赛，心里就慌得“咚咚”直跳。毕竟，我自己的事自己知道，为了这次比赛，我做的准备时间不超过四小时。一想到这些，我就不寒而栗了。趁现在这段时间，我还是再复习几遍吧，虽然临时抱佛脚是没用的，但毕竟多练习一次就多一丝希望。

　　一个多小时的车程转眼间就过了。刚踏入少年宫，就感到了一阵生机，门口放着一张鲜绿的大牌，两边还各有一个气球人，挥动着两只长长的手臂，仿佛在为我加油。四周的树木绿绿的`。看到这一切，心里就轻松了一些。可是来到赛场，心里就又一阵害怕了，多严肃啊。这时，我真想看到一个两个同班同学，就是他们一句简单的鼓励我的话，也能让我心里踏实一些。可是没有。

　　走进赛场，就开始了等待。这时，我是可以在作准备的，可紧张和担心已让我受够了。过了一会儿，就有老师领着我们进场。

　　只见比赛的教室里一片肃静，我们这些参赛选手各就各位后比赛就开始了。大家一个一个地表演，有的显示出了自己的风采，也有部分同学因紧张而发挥不出真正的成绩。“下面是Aa147号同学。”裁判员点到。我小小步地来到教室中央。“Good afternoon,evebody."刚说完，我就紧张得忘记了下一句，好一会儿才想起来。看着裁判员那一脸的微笑，我那悬着的心渐渐平静了下来。用较流利的英语讲起了故事。刚讲到一半，突然忘记了下一句，好久才想起来。这时，讲到了我平时最不熟的一句就停下了，心里“咚咚咚”地跳个不停，我确实记不起下一句是什么。我紧张地看着裁判们，他们都面带着微笑，但是任我怎样使劲地想，脑子里就是一片空白。这时，只见裁判脸一沉，说了声“唱歌吧。”我的心也随之沉了下来，这无疑是给我判了死刑。但我一向是要强的人，还是高声唱起了英文歌。接下来，大家又一个个上台表演了。

　　虽然这次比赛我失败了，但我并不灰心，重在参与嘛，成败并不重要。从这次失败中，我明白了凡事都要认真对待才能成功。我相信从这次失败中吸取到教训，下一次我一定能行！

　　今天我们到青龙中学（六中）去参加双语比赛，我到了以后发现同学们差不多已经都到齐了。然后我们便自己准备起了英语短文，这样可以等待还没有来的同学。等到同学们都来齐了，Ms yu便带领我们进去了。校园里边特别漂亮，喷泉花坛、全塑胶跑道、参天大树还有整齐的教学楼，我们带队的同学竟然被这美丽的风景迷住了，差一点儿就带着同学们走到操场上。但是幸亏Ms yu叫住了我们，然后我们围成一个圈表演，李晓曷第一个，她上去以后背的非常快而且中文没背就想下去，被Ms yu一下退了回去背了中文，我是第二个上去的，我表情自如，动作加的非常到位但是Ms yu说我声音太小，语速太快。

　　终于工作人员过来说：“B组的同学比赛了，B组的赶紧过来！”我们排成两队走到大厅，然后工作人员点名，我是第6个。我们按顺序排好队后，就走进了初一九班，然后抽签按顺序号入座我15号、梅笑寒14号、宋淑涵13号和陈玥琦17号我觉得真的是太有缘了，第一组开始比赛了，是1—10号比赛。所以我们又等了漫长的几十分钟，终于轮到我们比赛了，我们进入了比赛场地，这时我看到了一个男老师，两个女老师，和一个女外教。夏侯杨子先上，他一上场就问了老师几个问题特别搞笑，然后才开始背的……，终于到了我上场了，我站的笔直背的英文流利，中文标准，声音洪亮的都可以听见回音了，外教的问题也都全部答对了。所有的参赛选手都答的非常好，我们就退场了，我们出来以后Ms yu紧张的.问我们答的怎么样？我们都说答的很好，听了我们的回答她的脸上露出了满意的笑容…………等过了漫长的1个小时，成绩出来了，我得了97分！全组（35人）第一名！我当时心里非常高兴：我今天能取得这么优异的成绩，和Ms yu平时的辛勤辅导是分不开的，在这里我要感谢Ms yu！

　　希望我在复赛中，继续取得优异的成绩！
