　　记得刚上一年级时，我性格内向，上课不敢举手发言，王老师见状，课下便与我沟通，为了鼓励我，她让我在英语早读时做领读员带领全班领读，这对我来说是个大大的鼓励。现在，无论上什么课我都积极举手发言，这对我的自信心及各科成绩都有很大帮助。
