　　初一的一年里，我遇到了一个好的英语老师。她为我们付出了很多，可是我们却用那惨不忍睹的成绩来回报她，我们真的很不应该。

　　我们的英语老师还是个比较年轻的`女孩，可是她生动的教学还是无法挑剔的。记忆中，她没有骂过我们，我们考差了她也不怪我们，每次上课都是微笑着走进教室。成绩差，她也只是微笑着鼓励我们，眼里是浓浓的爱意，没有丝毫的责备，虽然常常和其他班比较，但到最后却做出了自我批评，可是，这么好的老师，我们却伤透了她的心。不懂得感恩，不懂得回报，不懂得对她好。

　　期中考试，我们彻底垮了，跌倒了谷底，无法挽救。老师走进教室，小小的空间顿时变得凝重起来，大家都有着说不出的难过，老师走上讲台，脸上带着微笑，可是那分明是无奈的笑，我们又伤了老师的心。她开口了：“同学们，大家都猜到了，对吗?”我们低着头，不说话。“同学们有考差了，也许，我这个做老师的有不对的地方，可是，我不敢相信我会差到这种地步。我一直相信同学们是好孩子，不会让老师失望，所以我一直坚持，一直坚信我可以把你们变得更好。虽然你们一次次让我失望，可是我还是愿意相信你们，这一次，我还是相信你们，希望这是我的错……说着，她，哭了。那眼泪滴在了心里……

　　哈哈，那天我过了把当老师的瘾。

　　那天下午，我坐在我的小书桌前，写写看看读读，忙的不亦悦乎。大家猜我在干什么？告诉你吧，我在备课呢！咦？我才是一个小学五年级的学生备什么课呢？又不明白了？我和小年都在卓越学外语，妈妈想了解我们学的怎么样，就在家里开展了一个活动：让我们当妈妈和爸爸的小老师——教他们学英语！

　　这次，轮到我当小老师了，所以一个下午我都在我的书桌前整理“教案”，比做作业还认真呢！我有了弟弟上一次教课的失误，（他因为准备的不充分，“教具”没有准备好，所以有些手忙脚乱）这次我上课就做好了认真的准备工作：我看着我的英语课本，准备教三个小同学（小年、蓝紫、小松）学我们刚刚学到的单词，要知道，我要是教错了，那就是3个人都学错了啊！所以我看着音标认真的读了一遍又一遍。我又准备了游戏和我出的练习题，写在三张纸上，就算是试卷吧！

　　吃完晚饭后，开始讲课了，我大声地说:“上课！”小松同学立刻接上一句“起立！”3位同学就齐声喊：“老——师——好！”“同学们请坐！”我镇定自若地说，其实心里兴奋极了。“今天我们来学习9个单词，大家要好好的`听讲，一会我们考试做游戏都要用上这9个单词，下面我领读几遍，然后我教大家怎么很快的默会这些单词！好。大家跟我读：will将要will……”“will将要will……”三个学生齐声跟我读起来。哈哈，当老师的感觉真不错！“大家都会读了吧！下面我们就来学怎么快速的把这些单词给默会。大家来看will这个词，把w给去掉ill是什么意思？”小年同学听了连忙的举起了手：“是生病的意思！”“恩。看来小年同学的词汇量很广，大家要向小年同学学习一下！”小年听了乐滋滋的。“生病是ill，那么只要加一个w就是will了，怎么样容易吧！”然后我又把其他的单词教了一边，说：“下面大家再把单词看一下，一会我们就要考试了！”看了还不到一分钟，蓝紫同学说话了：“老师老师，我会了！”我说：“这么快，等一会大家一起考试，看看是不是真的掌握了。”等大家都学会了，我把试卷发到他们的手里，不一会蓝紫和小年都交卷子了，而且都是100分，而小松还在闷着头写他的试卷，我们都在看着他写，他有一点不好意思了，所以，就说：“唉，就这样交了吧，豁出去了！”然后把试卷交给了我，让我批改，我一个字母一个字母的检查起来，而蓝紫和小年在座位上问小松写得好不好，我接着说道：“错了几个字母，有一个单词没有写。下一次要努力了啊！”小松为他辩护道：“我中午没睡午觉，现在好困哦！”“不要为自己找理由，只要你想学习，无论什么样的困难是都能克服的！”我“严肃”地说。小松见我这么严肃，就说：“知道了，打起精神努力努力再努力！哦耶！”呵呵，这么有决心，就看做游戏的时候能不能把单词都给默会了。

　　“大家学的都不错，大家想做游戏吗？”大家一听做游戏，高兴极了，忙回答“想——”“好，大家想玩的话，我得先给大家讲一讲游戏规则，规则是这样的：画一个‘井’字格，一共有９个格，我读单词你们默写，可以任意挑一个位置写下来，咱们正好学了９个单词，默完之后，我随便念４个单词，你把这四个单词圈住，只要成一条直线或一条竖线或一条斜线，就可以拥有一个“你真棒”的小贴画了！不过前提条件是单词都默写对了。明白了吗？”“明——白——了！”“那好，我已经把‘井’字格画到了三张纸上，现在发给你们，开始了啊。“礼物..将要..采摘……”我故意用汉语念的，我怕用英文念他们能根据读音写出单词，这样难度会更大一些。这时，只听见笔在纸上跳舞发出的沙沙声。默写完之后，我说道：“好了，我念4个单词，大家仔细听。将要、礼物、人人和采摘。看看是不是能成一条直线或斜线？”随即就听见了蓝紫和小年的叹息声。想必是没有一个成一条线的吧！咦？平常爱说话的小松怎么不说话了？我看了看他的纸条。哇噻！就稀稀拉拉的写了几个单词字母！比上一次还差呢！唉，没办法，这就是上课不用心听讲的结果。

　　看到三个学生都有点疲倦，再加上已经晚上9点30分了，我说：“class is over！”同学们反应了过来，说：“Goodbye teacher,好累啊！赶快睡觉！”

　　这次过了次当老师的瘾，也体会到了当老师的辛苦，当学生的幸福，以后要好好学习，拥有更多的知识，来建设我们的祖国！
