　　Recently， it is common in colleges and universities for students to grade teachers. Almost every university has been installed the rating system.

　　However， this phenomenon has aroused great controversy. Some people are in favor of this rating system. They hold that students are the receiver of the knowledge and teaching activity and they have the right to evaluate teachers’ teaching. But other people are against it. They believe that the rating system is partial and will influence the normal teaching order.

　　As faras I am concerned，students’rating of their teacher is necessary. On the one hand， students can find a more effective way for their study. On the other hand， teachers can be aware of their teaching effectiveness and make some necessary improvement. In a word， it is a good method of benefiting both learning and teaching.

　　Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

　　当孩子接近成年时，学校教育对人的发展有很大的影响，如何处理好教师与学生之间的关系是很重要的。

　　我们班的人差不多都到了的时候，老师说：“今天你们这节课自由活动，如果要去教室外面玩的话经过我的同意也可出去。”同学们欢呼了一声：“太棒了！”大家都离开了自己的位子，跑到了朋友的身边，开始玩。其中速度最快的是爱打篮球的人，他们迅速地跑到讲台桌前，问老师：“我们能打篮球吗？”老师说了一句：“可以。”他们就冲出了教室，往操场跑去。第二快的'是玩“三国杀”的人，其中带牌的人把盒子从书包里拿出来，打开盒子，把牌在桌子上放好，立即引来了一群人，就像蜂蜜引来了一群“蜜蜂”。

　　而我不急，慢慢地走向棋柜，拿出中国象棋，找几个朋友和我一起玩。我几乎每一次都能下赢对手。令我惊讶的是，有一个同学居然玩上了手机！教室里非常热闹，每一个角落都有说话声。在操场上打球的人，也发出了很响很响的声音，有些声音连我们也听得到。后来我们班炫耀这件事被别的班听到了，他们都说：“你们好爽啊！”
