有一次上课，广播里说:“请跳团体操的同学们到学校体育馆排练。”英语老师让她们去了，可是又说：“你们放学后留下来，我给你们补课。”她是多么负责啊！有哪位老师肯花自己的时间去给几个同学补课。
又有一次，我们吃好了中午饭，准备回教室休息，这时，高老师也要回教室，她看见了我们，问：“你们的英语作业做完了吗？”我们都摇头说：“没有做完。”“怎么没做完？布置的又不多。”“没有时间做，别的作业还没写完呢。”高老师笑了笑搂着我们亲切地说：“你们现在挺忙的.，我们小时候可没这么忙。”是啊，现在比四年级忙多了，休息的时间都没有，下课都像没下课似的。
还有一次，有的同学的回家作业被老师投影到了屏幕上，老师批评他们，还让他们重写，我想这也好，可以锻炼我们细心、认真。不要做事马马虎虎的。你看，我们这个老师够严格的吧！

在上个学期的中段考，我的英语成绩是级的'第一名。99.5，这个分数是多么令人向往。有一次，同桌问我，为什么我每一次英语考试的成绩都会这样高。这句话可点中了我的死穴，因为我可不知道我是怎样学英语的，我只知道一看到英语的考卷的时候，手中的笔就会不听话地动起来，结果就得到了好成绩！可我不能这样告诉同桌呀，只好胡说一通。
还有一次，天下着蒙蒙细雨。这天气本来就是睡觉的好天气，再加上是在上英语课，睡意不知不觉地来了，可我一想到英语老师那能当洒水车的口的时候，睡意又失去了。下课后，我后悔了，明明有一次能让我失掉英语科代表这顶乌纱帽的机会，我怎么会这么容易就让它失去呢？真笨！
好不容易得回来的睡意，就这样失去了。但我知道，一旦上英语课，我的睡意就会回来的！
