Our English teacher, Ms Huang, came to our school in 1980. She has been an English teacher for more than 30 years. She works hard and has been a model teacher for many years.
She is kind and friendly to us after class, but She is rather strict with us in class. She always encourages us to speak and read more English. She often says,"Practice makes perfect." She is good at teaching and tries her best to make every lesson lively and interesting. She often gives us slide shows, teaches us English songs and helps us to put on short English plays. She is not only our teacher but also our friend. We all respect and love her.
Tomorrow she is going to attend an important meeting, at which she will be given a medal for her advanced deeds.
黄老师是我们的英语老师，她1980年来到我们学校，已经当了30多年的英语老师。她工作努力，多年来一直是模范教师。

刚刚进入八年级，我就荣幸的被选为英语小老师，并且为八一班英语小老师组组长。这是一件非常值得我骄傲和自豪的事，但是，在高兴的同时我又不得不想：自己学习不好怎样当别人的老师？所以，自己必须得以身作则。我记得刚刚选完的时候，崔晓英老师给我们讲了一个故事，给我的启示就是：自己得先学会，才能教别人！确定了目标，开始执行吧！
子曰：人而不仁，如礼何？人而不仁，如乐何？意思是：做人，如果没有仁爱之心，礼仪对他有什麽用呢？做人，如果没有仁爱之心，音乐对他与有什麽用呢？的确如此，我在小老师活动的时候，看到了这样一个学生：自己趴在书桌上，而且是单桌，眼睛无奈的扫着课本上的单词，而且小老师和同学都在各干各的，没有人理他。看到这样的情境，我便走了过去，对他说：“怎么了？为什么不读啊？”“我是老师特批的，我不用读”他头也不抬的说“你笨吗？”“你才笨呢？”我笑了笑又说“一看你就聪明，你看，连我都无语了”他也笑笑，我又说：“既然你不笨，为什你不证实给他们看呢？”他低着头不说话“这样吧，咱们不管他们，这节课，我来帮你”他点点头。就这样，一节课，我教会了他半篇课文，虽然只有半篇，但是对于他来说这是莫大的进步。其实有时候，我们的确需要一颗仁爱之心去对待每一个人，每个人都是平等的，都需要我们去关心去爱！
在我们做小老师期间，我们能收获远比付出更多的东西，曾经有不止一位外来老师问我：“你参加这个活动不会影响学习吗？”每当问到这个问题，我总会微笑着答道“不会，不仅不会，而且我们的组织能力、语言表达能力、学习能力、都会在这里得到提高！所以我们很愿意成为英语小老师中的一员”

我觉得妈妈英语很不好，但发音很好，而且妈妈还很喜爱英语，对英语很有兴趣，所以我就当起了妈妈的英语老师，就开始教她一些简单的英语单词。我说：“hello！”他跟我学着，也说：“hello”。我又对妈妈说：“接着学，好吗？”妈妈笑了笑，意思就是接着学。房间里一阵又一阵的学习声不停的传来，都把正在酣睡的邻居张大娘给吵醒了。一天天过去了，没想到妈妈竟然进步的这么快，我一句句地说，妈妈一句句地学。直到今天，妈妈已经会了将近40多个单词。我真为妈妈高兴。

我们的英语老师大名敬文，人如其名，她可谓是相当相当敬业。在她的大脑里，有这样一种细胞——形状像一颗心（也许就是敬业心吧！），其数量数不胜数，大概占所有细胞的二分之一。一到期末复习时期，他们就开始飞速地分裂，然后肆意地操控着英语老师到处借时间，见同学们叫苦不迭，严重的似乎还想来个“学生起义”呢！他们又操控着英语老师的“说话神经”说了一些极有说服力的话：你们想不想过好你们的寒假啊，现在的付出就可以换来充满快乐的寒假，何乐而不为呢？见同学们心服口服，他们才继续工作着，英语老师就开始勤劳地工作……
细胞二：“罗嗦”细胞
“罗嗦”细胞的形状像一张张嘴巴，故又名“烦人”细胞。话说昨天，我们班小强的期末复习考卷漏做了一面，“罗嗦”细胞便开始工作啦，只听见英语老师喋喋不休“考卷多重要，你怎么能不做？”“考试考不好，你想在吃年夜饭时被你爸你妈叨唠是吧？”差点小强被唾沫淹死。本以为这件事情就这样过去了，没想到下午来上学的时候，小强、他的妈妈还有英语老师在办公室里，只见小强和他妈妈像做了大错事一样，都耷拉着脑袋，听着英语老师的“谆谆教导”。小强回来时，趴在课桌上——“我快死了，英语老师的话太有杀伤力啦~~”哎，

细胞三：“发怒”细胞
“发怒”细胞长得像一团火焰，故又名“怒火”细胞。看着这一团“熊熊燃烧的`火焰”，我不禁打了个寒战——在班上，英语老师算是比较疼爱我们了，那一次，我个英语科代表的成绩都大幅度下降了，也许是“发怒”细胞紧急集合，英语老师的脸通红，声音高了N分贝：“你说你们，怎么这么粗心？这么简单的试卷，考得一塌糊涂？你们可是班上同学的榜样啊！！”说得我恨不得挖了地洞钻进去，然后有些“发怒”细胞躲了起来，英语老师的怒火息了一点，心平气和地但略带不满地说：“期末好好考，不能再考砸了啊！”我们身体都在不停地发抖，寒……

He must like his students and respect them, but he must also respect himself and take pride in his work. Otherwise, he can not respect his students. An ideal teacher should have an understanding of his students and be able to relate to them. He should regard his students as individuals and acknowledge their differences. He must know how to encourage the self-development and growth of each of his students.
All in all, an ideal teacher is one who is kind, encouraging and helpful to his students. He grows, learns and improves himself along with his students.
理想的老师可以是任何一位从事教学工作的人，不论他年轻或年长，也不论他是高是矮是胖是瘦。
但理想的老师一定要热情，他不应教他不感兴趣的东西。他应有点演员的素质，应不怕流露自己的感情，表达自己的爱憎。他必须爱学生并尊重他们。然而他也必须尊重自己并为自己的.工作而感到自豪。否则，他就不可能尊重他的学生。理想的老师应理解自己的学生并能与他们建立联系。他应把学生看成是有独立个性的人，并了解他们之间的差别。他还必须知道如何鼓励每位学生去自我发展和成长。

In Memory of Mr Cai
The news that Mr Cai had passed away was known, and I fell into great sorrow. The sound of the rain knocking on the window was so mournful① that it deepened my distress②.
My memory brought me back to the class when I saw him for the last time.
That evening it was raining, too. We started our lesson as usual at a quarter past six. I sat in the first row, and I saw Mr Cai press his stomach with a hand from time to time, but I didn＇t know the reason then. The two hours passed quickly. When the lesson came to an end,Mr Cai told us that he had possibly developed a stomach cancer, and would go to Beijing to see a doctor. If there was nothing serious, he would continue to teach us after he came back. He was very calm and his voice was steady③. He still gave us some homework. He said that he would mark the papers as soon as he came back.
Then I started to wait for his return. I had not thought that I would not see him any more. The cancer had taken his life, even though he was still young.
Mr Cai＇s words are still ringing in my ears,“I hope you will be one of the best students.” I think I should work hard at English and live up to his expectation ④.
I have lost a good teacher. Tears will dry up in time, but the memory will stay for ever.
