　　李老师的`教学就是有一套，提起这件事，还得从我三年级的时候说呢！当时在三年级的时候，我还不知道我英语连续考了六次一百分，mr李每次都给我记着，最后在英语课上表扬了我，还给我发了表扬信，把我评为“英语小博士”，还跟我握手，我的心激动了好久，从此，不止是我一个人，全班几乎所有人都喜欢上了英语这门课。

　　Mr李还定了一条新规定，他买了许多奖章，有“明星学生”、“优秀学生”和“进步学生”。 Mr李还经常鼓励、关心学生。我们得用比差生多两倍的工夫，还会从“明星学生”、“优秀学生”中被挤出来。我呢，由于考试成绩稍有疏忽，自然被挤到了“优秀学生”啦！

　　每天中午，mr李都挤出自己休息的时间，来给我们背书，改作业。
