　　李老师：一开学你便于大肚子的形象出现在我们面前，与一众身材苗条的女老师站在一起你太显眼了。

　　请别怪我的乌鸦嘴，李老师，其实我特担心你出点什么事。小学时，也见过挺着大肚子的老师还在坚持上课，看她们一步步艰难地走着，我真担心她们下一步会滑倒！每次见你吃力地弯腰去调整音响，或是看你走下台阶来辅导我们的作业，我和几个女同学几乎会不由自主地抬头看着你，在我看来，桌角之类的东西都成了危险物品。李老师，可能我有点担心过头了吧。

　　李老师，总觉得我们得小心翼翼地捧着你，可是，有哪个学生不会让老师生气呢？大概是作业的原因吧，我们“终于”让你动怒了，我不知道生气对于你有什么影响，但第一次听到你的声音里出现怒气，确实让我有点紧张。

　　不管怎样，李老师，我们还是少惹你生气好的。

　　最让我紧张的还是纠音的时候，每次的.纠音，你就坐在我面前听我们背课文，看你大腹便便的样子，我总是小心翼翼地站得稍远，生怕撞到你。可那次，我在某处卡壳了，很着急地指着单词问你。我记得我当时的样子挺可笑，踮着脚，并细声细气得问：“老师……怎，怎么念？”纠音完后，我倒还真松了一口气。

　　i shall speak only of my first teacher because in addition to the other things, she brought discovery.she aroused us to shouting, bookwaving discussions. she had the noisiest class in school and she didn’t even seem to know it. we could never stick to the subject. she breathed curiosity into us so that we brought in facts or truths shielded in our hands like captured fireflies.

　　she was fired and perhaps rightly so, for failing to teach fundamentals. such things must be learned. but she left a passion in us for the pure knowable world and she inflamed me with a curiosity which has never left. i could not do simple arithmetic but through her i sensed that abstract mathematics was very much like music.when she was relieved, a sadness came over us but the light did not go out. she left her signature on us, the literature of the teacher who writes on minds. i suppose that to a lager extent i am the unsigned manuscript of the high school teacher. what deathless power lies in the hands of such a person.

　　i can tell my son who look s forward with horror to fifteen years of drudgery that somewhere in the dusty dark a magic may happen that will light up the years…if he is very lucky.

　　hans is a tall man with blue eyes. he comes from munich①, in germany. that is to say, german is his native language and yet he masters several foreign languages, including english. he teaches us spoken english. i still remember the first time he asked me to answer a very easy question, but i was too nervous to answer it, standing dumbfounded②. he smiled, encouraged me and let me sit down. from then on, i made up my mind to study english harder.

　　one evening i plucked up ③ my courage to visit hans. when i rang the doorbell, he came out and let me in. at first i was a bit nervous when talking with him. to make me feel easy he spoke very slowly, and i could understand quite well. i was so glad that i felt quite at home. now, i always go to his room on saturdays. we talk a lot and watch tv together. with his help, my spoken english greatly improved.hans is learning chinese all by himself. he can speak some chinese now. he can talk with our chinese teachers. if he doesn't know how to say a certain thing in chinese, he will ask us to teach him till he can say it correctly.

　　on christmas i sent him a gift, which he accepted. he spent that evening merrily with us chinese students and didn't feel lonely at all.this is hans, a kind man and a good english teacher.

　　刚刚进入八年级，我就荣幸的被选为英语小老师，并且为八一班英语小老师组组长。这是一件非常值得我骄傲和自豪的事，但是，在高兴的同时我又不得不想：自己学习不好怎样当别人的老师？所以，自己必须得以身作则。我记得刚刚选完的时候，崔晓英老师给我们讲了一个故事，给我的启示就是：自己得先学会，才能教别人！确定了目标，开始执行吧！

　　子曰：人而不仁，如礼何？人而不仁，如乐何？意思是：做人，如果没有仁爱之心，礼仪对他有什麽用呢？做人，如果没有仁爱之心，音乐对他与有什麽用呢？的确如此，我在小老师活动的时候，看到了这样一个学生：自己趴在书桌上，而且是单桌，眼睛无奈的`扫着课本上的单词，而且小老师和同学都在各干各的，没有人理他。看到这样的情境，我便走了过去，对他说：“怎么了？为什么不读啊？”“我是老师特批的，我不用读”他头也不抬的说“你笨吗？”“你才笨呢？”我笑了笑又说“一看你就聪明，你看，连我都无语了”他也笑笑，我又说：“既然你不笨，为什你不证实给他们看呢？”他低着头不说话“这样吧，咱们不管他们，这节课，我来帮你”他点点头。就这样，一节课，我教会了他半篇课文，虽然只有半篇，但是对于他来说这是莫大的进步。其实有时候，我们的确需要一颗仁爱之心去对待每一个人，每个人都是平等的，都需要我们去关心去爱！

　　在小学，我就喜欢上英语课，还喜欢我的英语老师杜小佳老师。自从我上了初中，我更喜欢上英语课了，还有我的英语老师――寇永萍老师!今天，我在这里主要介绍我初中的英语老师。

　　寇老师戴着一副近视镜，圆圆的脸，大大的眼睛。寇老师英语说得可棒了，有八级的水平呢!

　　记得期中考完试，我就被老师评为了英语课代表，我也不知道为什么，再说我期中考试又没有考好。就这样，我就当了半个学期的课代表。

　　快期末考试了，我每天都在做练习题，特别是英语，因为我是英语课代表啊，如果我这次考不好，我这个英语课代表不就白当了吗?同学们一定会对我失望的，老师也会对我失望。所以，我下定决心，一定要努力!

　　我赶快抓紧时间做练习题。这时，我被一道题迷惑住了，想问老师，但是又不敢。

　　经过一番心理斗争，我终于鼓起了勇气，走上讲台。我的`心就像一只小兔子一样在怦怦直跳。我的问题刚一出口，寇老师就拿过我的练习册，之后就给我温和地讲起题来，直到我听懂了为止。我回到座位上，就想：“寇老师原来这么温柔，以后我的练习题不懂，就应该多多请教她!”我继续做起了练习。

　　时间过的真快啊!一转眼，就到期末考试了!

　　那天考英语时，我用了快半个小时，就把试卷做完了，接着我又从头到尾仔仔细细地检查了好几遍。

　　老师收起卷，刚走出教室，我就跑到寇老师监考的考场门口，等寇老师出来。当我知道正确答案后，我又算了算自己的分数，恩，九十五分，太好了!

　　上初中后，我的英语水平一直稳中有升，远比小学时成绩好，这是为什么呢?是因为我十分幸运的遇上了我的英语老师，也是我的班主任――李老师，是她的教育改变了我的英语水平。记得刚刚开学的那天，我第一次见到我的班主任，她有一双大大的眼睛，一头乌黑的头发，很随意的扎着，看上去十分亲切，我一下子就喜欢上了这位班主任，当我知道她就是我的英语老师时，心 里不禁充满了期待。李老师对我们要求十分严格。记得有一次上课，一些人的听写不合格，李老师把听写单发下来，大家互相看了看，有的人很满意，有人很沮丧。李老师说：“不合格的同学，一起订正，然后重新听 写，无论你重来多少遍，都必须过关!”李老师在听写上就是这么严格，她无论如何都要保证每一个人过关才行。李老师不光在听写上严格，在考试上也不松懈，如果你的`考试分数低于她定的分数线， 她一定会十分关注你，直到你学好为止。李老师在学习上对我们十分严格，但在课外对我们十分友好，她处处为我们着想，记得上次，我们搞新年庆贺时，李老师特意的把体育课要过来为我们搞活动用，再加上自己的一节班会课，这样我 们就有了两节课可以搞活动，她还为大家买了许多吃的让大家来吃…… 这就是我们的英语老师，班主任，我们敬爱的：李老师。
