　　每天清晨，我都会被爷爷那叽哩呱啦的英语声给吵醒。你肯定会疑惑不解，告诉你吧，我爷爷随着奥运会的一天天临近，竟然每天早上五点多钟就开始学英语了。

　　爷爷常说："奥运会是我们中国人的骄傲。"到时肯定会有许多外国人来我们张家港观光旅游。如果走在大街上老外问咱们问题，咱们听不懂，也不知道怎么说，肯定会让他们笑话的。于是，爷爷就去"欧亚"报了个老年英语培训班。由于爷爷的英语基础很差，学起来就特别的困难，再加上爷爷的一个门牙也掉了，发起音来更是费劲，而且还要闹笑话。虽然有这么多困难，但是爷爷很坚持，天天抱着复读机听个不停，还乐此不疲。

　　为了把英语学好，爷爷要求我和他用英语互相问候和对话。比如：每天早上他看到我起床就说一声："Goodmorning（早上好）！"下午放学回家就说："Goodafternoon（下午好）！"等简单的句子。有一次，我给爷爷倒了杯茶，他连忙说："Thankyou（谢谢）！"结果说成了"坦克油"，把我逗的捧腹大笑，差点把刚喝的水给喷了出来。在一旁吃饭的老爸更是笑得前俯后仰。奶奶也一边笑一边拍打着爷爷说："老头子，你都这么大年纪了，普通话都说不标准，还学英语呢，哈哈哈——"。爷爷故作镇定的说："这有什么好笑的，不就是把音读的重了一点嘛！"我连忙告诉爷爷说："爷爷，如果你把音读重了，就有可能变成另外一个意思，那样的话，外国人就有可能理解错误的。"爷爷听了迫不及待的让我教他，我耐心的一遍又一遍教他发音。虽然他的发音还是不怎么标准，可他坚持不懈的精神值得我们全家人赞叹。

　　爷爷身体不太好，还有糖尿病，医生叮嘱过爷爷要保证睡眠的充足，可爷爷为了学好英语，晚上仍然坚持去上老年英语培训班。爸爸也曾劝他多休息，担心过分的劳累会影响他的身体。但他坚定的`对我们全家人说："为了北京的奥运，再大的困难也要坚持！"

　　在爷爷的不懈努力下，他的英语水平已有了一定的进步，基本的一些口语他都能比较流利的说出来。值得骄傲的是，在爷爷的带动下，我们小区里的一些老年人都开始学起了英语，报上了老年英语培训班。

　　爷爷不仅有中国人的骨气，还具有坚持不懈的精神。爷爷这种活到老学到老的精神，真值得我佩服！

　　今天，我的“姑姑”英语教师给我和我的欣欣妹妹上英语课了，我还给我的欣欣妹妹当了小老师呢！

　　由于欣欣妹妹要上书法课，所以呢，我就比她早一步，先学了！我的“姑姑”教师先教了我26单元的第2课的音标和单词怎么读，然后又让我照着5种句型造句子，比如说：haskarengotacoat?no,shehasnis.showhetthatone.和doyouneedthosegloves?no,idont.showthemtokaren.等等等等的句型。做完这些，我的“姑姑”教师有让我把26单元的书面练习1、2、3、4题，听力，写问题，和选择填空做完了，最后得分：100分！

　　“好了，休息一会儿，我们要开始复习了！”我的“姑姑”教师告诉我。

　　“好吧！开始！”我回答。我们从26单元的aself-servicerestauant，一直到第20单元的whatasurprise!认认真真的都读了一遍，快听！我正在读呢：“homeworkhomework家庭作业washwash洗thenthen然后……”

　　妹妹从学书法的地方回来了，妹妹学的课程比我晚，所以，也就是说，我可以当妹妹的小老师，我的“姑姑”教师可以省劲了，她像四大天王的其中之一一样站在我们的身后，倾斜着身子，你一抬头，就能看见她那张严厉的脸，我和欣欣妹妹不仅悄悄地用手捂着嘴咯咯咯的笑，结果报应是我忘了读到哪了，妹妹笑得噎着了。

　　通过这堂课，我懂了很多道理，我原来很不愿意学英语，甚至很讨厌英语，和我们班的很多同学一样，搞不懂为什么英语课代表那么喜欢英语，把英语读的、写的、背的那么好。通过这堂课，我发现英语并不是那么讨厌，里面其实有很多的，你没有发现的有趣的秘密，英语其实很有意思，可是需要看你怎么去看待它，钻研它，送大家一句我的“姑姑”教师经常说的一句话——难了不会，会了不难。

　　过了一会儿，开始上课了。老师先教我们三个字母，还做了三个形状。接着，老师又教我们蜜蜂、大海、树的单词和音标，还做了手势。同学们跟老师一边读单词，一边做手势很快就学会了。老师见大家都会了，就玩了一个叫小火车的游戏，轮到我了，老师问：“树怎么读？”我张口就念了起来，老师说我念的不错，还表扬了我。不一会儿，游戏结束了。老师又开始绘声绘色地把课讲了起来，大家也聚精会神地听着。大概是第一次接触英语的缘故，时间越长我就越听越糊涂，还忘了好几个单词，回家还把字母、音标、单词全搞乱了。晕！看样子还要继续努力呢！
