　　There were two high mountains between Jizhou in the south and Heyang in the north. One was called Taihang Mountain and the otherWangwu Mountain. Both of the mountains were very high.

　　Just to the north of the mountains lived an old man called Yu Gong who was nearly 90 years old. With the two high mountains justin front of his house, his family and he had to walk a long way around the mountains whenever they had something to do on the other side of the mountains.

　　One day, Yu Gong called all his family together to talk about how to move the two mountains to other places. His wife said, "An old man like you cannot even move a small hill, not to mention the two high mountains. Even if you can, where can you throw so much earth and stone?"

　　"The Bohai Sea is big enough to contain all the earth and stone," Yu Gong said.

　　Anlice有时就如我的“英语老师”，每次她教完几个句型，词组后，就叫我回家时牢记这些词，隔天回来她要检查。我回家后，牢记了这些词，第二天，Anlice也非常认真地检查，我每听完一个词或一句话后，便在上面打一个勾，不会便打一下“×”，记得有一次，我单词全背对了，她便在上面打了个“☆”，还在旁边画了大大笑脸来表扬我，于是我的书上有许多笑脸，第一个笑脸都是Anlice对我的一次测验。
