　　I am studying in a primary school now, my classmates are very active, when the teacher ask them the questions, they response very happily. But there is the problem, they keep active all the time, even when the teacher ask us to write the homework, I am disturbed by them, I can’t focus my mind, they should keep quiet in the classroom.

　　我现在在一所小学上学，我的同学很活跃，当老师问她们问题的'时候，他们很高兴地回答。但是问题也来了，他们一直都很活跃，甚至当老师叫我们做作业的时候，我被他们吵到，我无法集中精力，他们应该在教室里保持安静。

　　老妈学英语的'热情日益高涨，因而我的苦难就日益加深，每当老妈问我英文的时候，一般我都会先吃三片阿司匹林，缠好绷带，再运上龟背神功至第十二重。

　　这不，她老人家又来问我了——

　　老妈：“这个‘I＇m very annoyed，don＇t trouble me.’是什么意思？”

　　我说：“啊……这个……我很烦，别烦我……”

　　老妈：“找打，跟你妈这么说话！”(于是被扁)

　　老妈又问：“‘I hear nothing，repeat.’是什么意思啊？”

　　我说：“我没听清，再说一次。”

　　老妈又说了一遍：“‘I hear nothing，repeat.’”

　　我说：“我没听清，再说一次！”(结果再次被扁)

　　老妈再问：“‘What do you say？’又怎么解释呢？”

　　我说：“你说什么？”(又被扁)

　　老妈：“好小子，还敢耍我！”(接着又要动手)

　　我连忙说：“不对，不对，是‘世上只有妈妈好’的意思！”

　　老妈：“嗯！这还差不多，一会儿我给你做好吃的，明天再问你。”

　　第二天，我正在看碟，老妈捧了本书进来。

　　老妈：“这个‘I don＇t know.’是什么意思？”

　　我说：“我不知道。”

　　老妈：“送你上大学上了几年，你怎么什么都不知道！”

　　我说：不是！就是“我不知道”吗！

　　老妈：“还嘴硬……”(拳脚相加，一顿暴揍)

　　过了一会儿。

　　老妈：“这个‘I know.’是什么意思？这回你总该知道吧！”

　　我说：是“我知道。”

　　老妈：“知道就快说！”

　　我说：就是“我知道。”

　　老妈：“找茬呀你？刚才收拾你收拾得轻了是不？”

　　老妈：“你给我小心点，花那么多钱送你上大学，搞的现在什么都不会，懂一丁点英语还跟老娘摆谱，再问你最后一个，你给我好好解释一下，说不出来我再收拾你。给我翻译一下‘I know but I don’t want to tell you.’是什么意思？”

　　我晕倒，拿起枕头往头上暴砸三十几下，用头撞墙四十多下，双手轮番抽自己嘴巴五十多下，用腿踢桌子角六十多下，血肉模糊之时，我问老妈：“意思是‘我知道，但我不想告诉你！’这下你满意吧！”

　　Should people play games white they are working? People*s.attitudes toward it vary greatly. Some people regard it as a common phenomenon in office nowadays. 　　However, some people have the opposite opinion. They think companies should prohibit their employees from playing games. 　　In my view, people s&outdi^t play games while on duty. 　　为了适应新的形势，作为一名警察不但要业务精通，而且要不时地学习新的知识来充实自己，爸爸单位经常要举行不同的考试，英语考试就是其中的'一项。这下可苦了爸爸，因为他是在乡下长大的，所以英语基础非常地差，没办法，只好现在用功了。他每天只要一有空，就会坐在家里的录音机前面跟着读，还特地叫姑妈给他买了一本英语词典呢!记得有一次，我放学回到家，刚走近门口,就听见了有人在读英语，我感到很奇怪，想：今天是谁比我回家还早呢?我进门一看，原来是爸爸啊。当我走到他的身后，爸爸竟然还不知道我来了呢。我拍了拍他的肩膀，爸爸立刻回过头来，看见了我，说：“儿子，你回来了啊，刚才吓了老爸一大跳啊。”看着爸爸这么专心致志地学习，我放下了先玩一会儿再做作业的念头，于是我就坐在旁边开始做起作业来了，突然我听见录音机停下来了，哦，原来是爸爸遇到了一个不熟悉的单词，在翻词典呢，只见他一边翻着字典，一边嘴里还默默地念着这个单词，当学会了这个单词，又继续读了起来，直到半夜我去解小便，看见客厅的灯还亮着，哦，原来是爸爸还在学英语呢。一开始我以为我们全家我最辛苦了，没想到爸爸白天要上班，晚上还学习，真辛苦啊!就这样，爸爸用这种坚持不懈地精神，慢慢地学习着英语。

　　每天清晨，我都会被爷爷那叽哩呱啦的英语声给吵醒。你肯定会疑惑不解，告诉你吧，我爷爷随着奥运会的一天天临近，竟然每天早上五点多钟就开始学英语了。

　　爷爷常说："奥运会是我们中国人的骄傲。"到时肯定会有许多外国人来我们张家港观光旅游。如果走在大街上老外问咱们问题，咱们听不懂，也不知道怎么说，肯定会让他们笑话的。于是，爷爷就去"欧亚"报了个老年英语培训班。由于爷爷的英语基础很差，学起来就特别的困难，再加上爷爷的一个门牙也掉了，发起音来更是费劲，而且还要闹笑话。虽然有这么多困难，但是爷爷很坚持，天天抱着复读机听个不停，还乐此不疲。

　　为了把英语学好，爷爷要求我和他用英语互相问候和对话。比如：每天早上他看到我起床就说一声："Goodmorning（早上好）！"下午放学回家就说："Goodafternoon（下午好）！"等简单的句子。有一次，我给爷爷倒了杯茶，他连忙说："Thankyou（谢谢）！"结果说成了"坦克油"，把我逗的捧腹大笑，差点把刚喝的水给喷了出来。在一旁吃饭的老爸更是笑得前俯后仰。奶奶也一边笑一边拍打着爷爷说："老头子，你都这么大年纪了，普通话都说不标准，还学英语呢，哈哈哈——"。爷爷故作镇定的说："这有什么好笑的，不就是把音读的重了一点嘛！"我连忙告诉爷爷说："爷爷，如果你把音读重了，就有可能变成另外一个意思，那样的话，外国人就有可能理解错误的。"爷爷听了迫不及待的让我教他，我耐心的一遍又一遍教他发音。虽然他的'发音还是不怎么标准，可他坚持不懈的精神值得我们全家人赞叹。

　　爷爷身体不太好，还有糖尿病，医生叮嘱过爷爷要保证睡眠的充足，可爷爷为了学好英语，晚上仍然坚持去上老年英语培训班。爸爸也曾劝他多休息，担心过分的劳累会影响他的身体。但他坚定的对我们全家人说："为了北京的奥运，再大的困难也要坚持！"

　　在爷爷的不懈努力下，他的英语水平已有了一定的进步，基本的一些口语他都能比较流利的说出来。值得骄傲的是，在爷爷的带动下，我们小区里的一些老年人都开始学起了英语，报上了老年英语培训班。

　　爷爷不仅有中国人的骨气，还具有坚持不懈的精神。爷爷这种活到老学到老的精神，真值得我佩服！
