  Personal credit cards are becoming more common in China. Banks and other financial institutions are encouraging their customers to change the way they buy things. Credit cards, otherwise known as “plastic money”, are being offered on very good terms to encourage the change. Consumers will be able to “buy now, pay later”, and many see this as an advantage.

  But people need to be careful. There are dangers associated with credit cards. Some people find it very easy to exceed their budget. They are tempted to purchase goods that they do not really need, and can become quickly overburdened by debt. The credit cards often charge a high rate of interest, which exacerbates the problems for these people.

  However, used wisely credit cards can improve the quality of people’s lives. They can give people access to money to meet sudden unplanned expenses. Properly handled, they can let people control their expenditure and the monthly statements provide a record of where their money has gone.

  这次去欧洲旅游,我收获很多,其中有一点就是让我对学习英语的体会又深了一层。

  去欧洲之前,我学英语时基本都是哑巴英语,从来不去大声读,发音总是不标准,而且学习过程中没有兴趣,所以虽然反复学但是效果不好,学习效率很低,浪费了很多时间。

  在欧洲,我发现熟练掌握英语非常重要,无论是在旅游景点还是购物商场,英语总是通用的语音,在很多情况下,由于英语不好,不能准确地表达出自己的想法,而产生很多遗憾。在卢浮宫参观时,虽然有英文的讲解器,但因为听不懂,就不能更好的欣赏这个艺术宝库。在意大利,就连最简单的买冰激凌,由于不会用英语说“香草”这个词,也无法品尝更多地口味。这样的`事情,几乎每天都会发生。所以在国外时,我就暗暗下了决心,今后一定要认真学习外语,熟练掌握好外语。还有一点,我看到外国人说英语时口型都是非常夸张的,有时嘴巴张得很大,有时嘴巴撅得很厉害。我回想了一下自己的发音,说英语时口型和汉语发音差不多,口型不到位,发音自然也不会标准了。

  有了这两点体会,我对英语的学习有了更多的动力和认识。回国后在假期里学习音标时,我开始大声地练习,丢掉了以前的不好意思,尽量的把口型做到位,发音慢慢地纠正过来。当然,今后我还要继续持久的练习,期待下次出国游时,我可以说的更多,听得更多!

  虽然那句歌词很对:“全世界都在学中国话,孔夫子的话越来越国际化”但是毕竟汉语对外国人来说还是有很大的难度,所以英语作为世界通用世界语言,是联合国的工作语言之一,也是事实上的国际交流语言。英语也是与计算机联系最密切的语言,大多数编程语言都与英语有联系,而且随着互联网的使用,使英文的使用更普及。所以我们更加应该学习英语,别说你是中国人,你爱国。那只是你懒惰的借口,学英语就不爱国,那是更加的爱国。那么问题来了,到底该怎样学习英语呢,我说说我的有效方法。

  第一读。我们中国人学英语存在着很大的`问题,那就是哑巴英语。我们懂得很多英语知识,但是却不会说,不能运用到实际中去,也不能和外国人交流,所以曾还有时间多读单词和课文,英语口语是非常重要的,看。我们不仅要看书上的知识,还有很多人可能会选择看美剧来提高自己的英语,但是我们却不知觉地去看中文字幕,but,如果看纯英文字幕我们就什么都看不懂。所以建议大家在长时间里只看一部英文电影而且不要像我一样到了大学才后悔当初没有好啊后读英语,现在都没有时间去读。

  第二是纯英文字幕的,反复看,不懂就查,这样两个月英语水平就会得到很大的提升。其实这也是我的老师交给我的方法,我实验过,很管用。

  第三听。如果听不懂英语我们就很难和外国人交流,所以听力也是个不可忽视的重点,我的高考就被听力狠狠地拉了后腿,现在都在猛补,听力是不是一两天就能提高的,除了练习听力题外要明白不是为考试而去练习听力的,所以做好是听下英文的广播,这样提升速度更快。

  第四写。俗话说得话,好记性不如烂笔头,我们看见新的单词就要多写,因为就算一时能记住,但也不能保证以后会不会往,毕竟英语单词太多。还有新的语法最好就写进自己的作文里,这样印象更深刻,就会更好的用到实际中去。

  综上所述,学英语不能太单向与某一方面,要适当地结合的把读、看、听、写想结合。当然这四点做到了一定要把相关的知识运用到实际中去,知识是死的,但人是活的,只要我们勤奋才能把知识变活。

  Nowadays the people are enjoying a more comfortable life and many people are suffering from obesity. Thus, losing weight becomes very popular.

  However, weight reducing is a tricky topic. Some people lose weight quickly by crash dieting or other extreme measures. This will not help them lose weight since they usually gain back all of the pounds they lost because they havent permanently changed their habits. Whats worse, sometimes these extreme measures will affect the individuals health.

  In my view, before one decides to lose weight, he first of all should make it clear whether he should or not lose weight. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you would benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions which are widely accepted by weight reducing experts to get it started.
