  What makes me angry? mostly, i hate when someone tries to make someone else feel bad. i have to admit that once, when i was really angry, i actually called names. i regretted doing this afterwards, but not full heartedly because i think i was provoked in that situation.

  The most positive way of dealing with anger is talking about the problem. i talk to someone who listens, or i'll write my thoughts down on paper. learning how to deal with anger as you're growing up is so important. when you're younger, you might yell, or cry when you're angry, but as you get older, you're expected to handle your emotions much better.

  Learning to control your emotion now will prevent you from doing something that you'll regret later on in life!

  We human beings are really complicated animals. we can talk,smile as well as cry.we can express different kinds of moods,such as happy, sorrow, angry and upset. they always change in ourselves.

  The important for us to control and adapt your mood. laughing too fiercely ,especially being deeply sorrow is not good for our boby or our life.and here are some suggestions for you .firstly, if you are in low mood , you can try to go out and have a walk. secondly, thinking of your happy memory in your life . third, listening to the music you like should be helpful. last but not least, don't burden yourself as possible as you can usually.

  How to control your mood can be a kind of knowledage. it need us practice to learn it . in short ,choosing your way to control mood is useful.
