　　June 1 children's Day is our holiday. Our school held a celebration of 61 Art Festival. The students performed many programs, and the content of the program was very rich. The parents choir sang us two songs.

　　我们班排练的舞蹈叫《弟子规》，我们表演的时候，我们班的一位同学一不小心出错了，我们很担心会影响我们整体的'效果，但是演完之后大家都鼓起掌来了。

　　The dance rehearsed in our class is called "Di Zi Gui". When we performed, one of our classmates accidentally made a mistake. We were worried that it would affect our overall effect, but after the performance, everyone clapped.

　　我最喜欢的节目就是《拔苗助长》，这个节目我特别喜欢，拔苗助长告诉我们做事不要心急，急于求成，反而坏事。

According to my client and all the information I have inspected about the case, now I have an deep and comprehensive understanding about the case . Therefore , I want to show my opinions to you, and I hope the chief would accept them .

　　. 1. The stolen car was found abandoned three hours after thetheft with the engine still warm; at the time the car was found, my client was at the airport to meet the flight of a friend who was flying into town.

　　2. Lab analysis of muddy shoe prints on the floor mat of the car indicates that the prints came from a size 27 shoe; your client wears a size 25.

　　3. Lab analysis shows the presence of cigarette smoke in the car, but your client does not smoke.

　　4. The only eyewitness to the crime, who was 20 meters from the car, said the thief "looked like" your client; yet the eyewitness admitted that at the time of the theft she was not wearing her contact lenses, which had been prescribed for improving distance vision.

　　5. The car was stolen at about I p.m.; your client testified that he was in a town 400 kilometers away at 11 a.m.

　　6. In a statement to police, the eyewitness described the thief as tall; your client is short.

　　Because of all the doubtful points , I think it is unfair to found guilty of theft to my client. Moreover, the basic standard of criminal sanction is that taking facts as a basis and laws as the criterion, so I hope the chief judge will give a reasonable judgment to my client finally.

　　The Dragon Boat Festival, also called the Duanwu Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar.

　　For thousands of years, the festival has been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous ricewrapped to form a pyramid using bamboo or reed leaves) and racing dragon boats.

　　The festival is best known for its dragon-boat races, especially in the southern provinces where there are many rivers and lakes.

　　Thisregattacommemorates the death of Qu Yuan , an honest minister who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a river. The dragon-boat races symbolize the many attempts to rescue and recover Qu's body. A typical dragon boat ranges from 50-100 feet in length, with a beam of about 5.5 feet, accommodating two paddlers seated side by side.

　　龙舟节，也叫端午节，是在中国的农历五月初五这一天庆祝。

　　千百年来，吃粽子（用竹叶或芦苇叶把糯米包裹起来，形成一个金字塔）和赛龙舟已经成为这个节日的标志。
