同学们,你们喜欢学英语吗?今天我给你讲一个我学英语的故事吧!
上个星期六,我去参加英语学习班。到了那里,老师说:“今天是复习课,我们进行一次比赛好吗?”一听说要比赛,同学们顿时高兴地欢呼雀跃。老师接着宣布比赛规则:“比赛分两个组,两个环节,一个环节是必答题,一个环节是抢答题,我们先进行必答题,答对了加一分,答错了不扣分。”紧接着老师出了第一道题:“我可以邀请一些朋友来参加我的生日聚会吗?(汉译英)”。我们组的段鉴书同学站起来不慌不忙的用英语翻译了出来,老师二话没说就在黑板上加了一分,然后老师又让二组的同学回答!大部分同学都对答如流。这时,轮到我们组吴号同学了,老师出了一道题:“Shall we change to slippers?(英译汉)”。吴号一下想不起来了,急的抓耳挠腮,不知所措。我们组的同学急得像热锅上的蚂蚁,可二组的同学却恰恰相反,高兴的.手舞足蹈,忽然我灵机一动,想出了一个办法提醒他,指了指脚,意思是说:我们还需要换拖鞋吗?可是他想不起来,忽然,他的脸上露出了笑容说:“我们可以换拖鞋吗?”老师说:“是需要,不是可以,就算你对吧!”
我们这才松了一口气。
必答题答完了,他们比我们多得两分,抢答题又开始了,抢答题的规则是:答对了加两分,答错了减两分,同学们都争先恐后的举起了手,没被叫起回答问题的同学都唉声叹气,比赛在激烈进行着。这时我给我的组赢了两分,同学们都欢呼雀跃,比赛结束了,二组的同学赢了!他们都高兴的说了声:“耶!”
虽然我们没拿冠军,但是这种学习方式却极大的激发了我们学英语的兴趣。

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.
Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.
Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

那一天,我去参加一个英语大赛,我哆哆嗦嗦的进了候场室,我坐在了椅子上,心情似乎平静一些了,我坐在椅子上,把上场要说的自我介绍,和英语故事“老鼠和狮子”都说了一遍,之后,大赛开始了,我排在了5号,看着前面的`选手一个个都说得十分流利,我着急地走来走去,那时的心情比要去刑场的人好不到哪去,因为我是个有些内向的孩子,我深吸了一口气,告诉自己不要害怕,你一定行的!“请5号上场!”我再次深呼吸,并对自己说,你一定行的,于是我满怀信心的走到了演讲台上,我对着评委和老师们流利的说了一遍我背的苦瓜烂熟的英语故事,老师们面对面说了一会就让我下去了,我等了好久,终于颁奖了,我等了好久终于听到喊我的名,我一看,呀!一等奖,我开心的笑了,笑的很开心。
