　　课前，英语老师就已经站在了讲台上，准备着上课的任务。

　　今天天气格外的好，朵朵浮云，越飘越慢，逐渐透明。云影轻轻拂过学校的整个角落，掠过教学楼，遮住同学们所有的忧愁。

　　英语老师的脸上也洒满了阳光般灿烂的'笑容：“上课了，同学们都拿出英语书。”老师戴着她那喇叭话筒催促着我们。

　　课已经上到了一半，有的捣乱分子可不那么听话了，不知哪个男生带头说话了一句，顿时班里的同学就开始了一个新的活动：说闲话。

　　英语老师使劲用棍子敲打着讲台，但是这样毫无用处，等到同学们说到了极点时，老师发怒了，把手里拿的棍子狠狠地扔在了地面上，嘴里还不停的唠叨着：“你们班太乱了……”

　　老师怒气难消，过了一会儿，只见老师的眼圈红红的，泪水从眼眶中流出，同学们真不敢相信，老师哭了！

　　班里顿时雅雀无声，还有几分自律性的女生都惭愧地低下了头，感到十分对不起老师，为自己所做的一切深深感到后悔。

　　放学了，看着离我们远去老师的背影，我心里有种说不出的滋味。抬头望向天空，天空像海一般宽广，很纯粹的蓝，没有一丝阴云，这样的纯粹更让关心老师的念头在我的心中蔓延开来。

　　我上过小学、初中、高中，算上今年应该有11年了吧，进过好的班，也进过坏的班。老师也碰到过好的，当然有好的就会有坏的，这是不可避免的。

　　当然这些是我的观点，在我心中衡量一位老师的准则：他必须有良好的素质与道德，有责任心，以及适合我们的教学方式，当然还有其他，但至少应该具有以上几点。

　　我在初中虽然没有打架、抽烟、喝酒等迹象，但课堂纪律却没少犯。最多的就是玩游戏机，几乎每门课程都有，最多的就是在英语课上。因为英语老师是刚毕业分配到这来的，年轻好欺负。还有就是英语我认识它，它不认识我，那就没法听了吧，于是我就更加肆无忌惮了。班级里像我一样的犹如“过江之鲫，数不胜数”甚至有过之而无不及的，但英语老师她都默默忍受着。

　　有一次我又在英语课上玩游戏机，由于过于激动，没留意老师的动向，我的“作案工具”被老师“空手套白狼”了，老师什么也没说转身就向讲台桌走去，期间我似乎听到了一丝若有若无的叹息声。一节课我都围着那丝叹息在打转。下课老师走了也不知道，还是同学跟我说老师叫我下课去办公室一趟。放学后，我怀着不安的心情走向办公室。办公室只有老师一人。老师对我笑了笑让我过去，走到近前我发现老师的眼睛有点微红，那是哭过的痕迹，我的心里有多了一丝难过，我们为什么要欺负老师呢？哥哥那样我为什么也这样呢？哥哥是高一（4）班的`和我是同一个英语老师，哥哥在上课时向老师扔了一串手榴弹——一串鞭炮。这事多恶劣，但老师没说什么，她只是让哥哥下次不要这样，但还是让领导知道了，叔叔把哥哥领回家去了，老师知道后还赶到家里劝导叔叔不要做这样偏激的事，这事情是她的责任，是她没有尽到应尽的责任才会发生这样的事，虽然最后哥哥还是没有去学校。想起这些我的心里更加的难受了，我的头也心虚的低下来了。老师什么也没说，从抽屉里拿出游戏机放在我的手中，在我诧异的眼光中老师说了和当时一样性质的话，临走前对我说了一句：“你应该知道怎么做了吧？”我狠狠的点了头，转身离开时我对老师说了声：“SORRY。”

　　第二天，依然是英语课，我一改平时作风，认真听讲，老师今天讲的也比平常详细也更简单。下课后我看到老师的笑容和眼中的欣慰，同时也发现了那圈黑眼圈……

One day, my sister asked me why was I so confused with English, I told her I did not know, I was so afraid of it. Then she asked me to watch English movie and listened to the English songs. At first, I fell in love with these songs, I learned to sing them, I found I could remember more and more words. I also felt very interested in the movie, I could learn the local words. With interest, I make great progress, I am not afraid of English any more. Interest is the best teacher.
