　　准备了好久，终于到了英语比赛的日子了。妈妈带我去化妆店把我打扮得像个小公主。我约了万诗琪去给我打气，我们还接了夏老师一起去看我的表演。

　　到了杭州，我们在赛场内看了许多小朋友的表演，他们都很棒，我相信我一定能像他们那样棒的。在那里等了好长的时间，终于轮到我了。当主持人叫到我的名字时，我的心情一下子紧张起来了。走到台上我想到了妈妈的话：“把下面的评委当成是班里的同学，他们在听我领读英语呢！”想到这儿，我的心情一下子就平静了下来，顺利的表演完了准备好的节目。听到观众的掌声，别提我心里有多高兴了。夏老师还夸我的`表演很不错，妈妈也说我的表演非常棒。我克服了我胆小的毛病，以后我会对自己更加有信心。

　　英语歌曲大联唱开始了，首先上场的是三年级，他们迈着整齐的脚步向主席台走去，一上台，就面带微笑，笑得那么灿烂。美妙的伴奏声响起来了，他们的歌声也响起来了。时间一分一秒地过去，终于到我们班了。我的心情异常激动，站到主席台旁边，我的心里就更加激动了。我们高高地昂着头，迈着轻快的脚步，走上主席台。此时，我的心里就像怀了一窝小兔子似的——怦怦直跳。这时，我偷偷瞄了一下后面，发现我们班最调皮捣蛋的流星雨也静了下来，似乎他也知道这次比赛的.意义了吧。当看见评委脸上那一丝丝笑意，我的心情就平缓了许多。可是，当我看到那两千多双炯炯有神的眼睛盯着我们时，我的心情又紧张了。伴奏响了，我不知所措，看了一下旁边的人的口型、动作，勉强跟了上来。随着音乐的结束，我们这批黑衣大军就浩浩荡荡地走下主席台。我也不再紧张了。

　　今年四月到六月，我参加了20xx年“希望之星”英语风采大赛。这可是全国性的比赛哦！必须要闯过海选、市赛和省赛三关，才能去北京参加中央电视台的总决赛。

　　参加市赛的早上，我和妈妈坐车到了目的'地。当时，太阳特别大，天特别热，而且人山人海。我们到了之后赶紧报到，接着就排队去比赛了。因为我是最后一个，等了好久才轮到我，裁判先让我抽图，准备看图说话，再自我介绍。我觉得自己前两个环节表现得挺好的，最后是回答问题，这个环节有点难，四个题中我只答出两个。紧接着裁判宣布结果，我心想：肯定有我！肯定有我！结果，真的有我！我拿了市赛一等奖，进入了省赛。

　　省赛的准备过程是非常艰难的，又是背台词，又是准备自我介绍，还有模拟考试。仅仅是看图说话环节，一训练就是一上午……

　　终于迎来了省赛。我怀着紧张的心情走进赛场，里面很安静，选手们都在努力地背词，我也不甘示弱。自我介绍环节，我们都做得非常好，看图说话环节就比较惨了，得知成绩后，我的心情非常低落，爸爸妈妈安慰我，要我别泄气，要我在下午最后一个环节加油，还特意给我复习了几遍演讲内容，我的心情又明朗起来。下午的比赛开始了，轮到我上场了，我站在台上，信心十足地完成了演讲，最后的分数还不错哦！

　　今天就是英语外研比赛的日子了，我被安排在下午2.30那场，老妈的单位离考场比较近，上午我便跟她去单位值班。

　　我在老妈的办公室里，一直都在背稿，时间过得很快，稿纸在我的手中不停地抖动，说好的不紧张呢?

　　简单吃了点饭，老妈看我这副状态，她提议说，咱们提前溜达着去吧，就当散散步。

　　午后的街道有些冷清，看到不错的景致，老妈竟不忘给我拍张照片啥的，她可真有兴致。不觉中就来到了“宝睿国际未来小学”门口，我们是下午考生中来得最早的。

　　等了好久一些家长才陪着孩子到来，有接待老师把我们安排在家长等候区，并给选手们讲了些注意事项，接着老师又读了考场名单，我被安排在第三考场。

　　这是初赛，演讲的内容是自我介绍加才艺表演。我看到有的选手准备得真棒!不光自己化了淡妆，还梳了很复杂很漂亮的辫子，有的还穿了美丽的裙子。有不少同学手里拿了画板，上面是他们精心绘制的图画，他们边指着自己的画边小声念着英语，看来他们的才艺表演一定是用英语介绍自己的`画了。而我的才艺显得多么的微不足道，我只打算读一首英文小诗。

　　上午考完的同学在群里发来信息，他们说很简单，评委主要看你的口语能力，觉得背不好的，也可以直接读，我终于有了一些安心。

　　马上就轮到我了，听到老师念我名字，稿子在我手中抖的更厉害了。原来考场里只有三位评委老师，但其中有一位外国人。我的心开始咚咚跳个不停，手心也开始冒汗。我刚说一句“Hello everyone.”，三位评委老师便微笑着向我点头示意。他们这一微笑，我反而不自在的很，我僵硬的站在他们面前，机械地象在用英文诵经一般，我甚至听到自己的声音就象一只大苍蝇在我周围嗡嗡着飞，它飞飞停停，停停飞飞，可恶极了。我发现三位评委老师都在低着头，记录着什么，也不知他们听清了这“嗡嗡”声没有。自我介绍环节很快就完了，我看没人看我，便拿出稿子，直接读那首“四季”的小诗。依然没人看我，平时读得一点问题都没有，此时竟卡了好几下，自己都觉得糟糕透顶。

　　三分钟终于结束了，我向三位评委鞠了躬说了“thank you”之后，心情才平静下来。

　　因为我是最后一场，所以，我来到家长区没多久，就有老师进来，当场宣布进入复赛的同学名单了。老师神采飞扬，声音洪亮，她说：“非常高兴地通知大家，祝贺以下进入复赛的同学，读到名字的同学也请家长一起上台!”

　　我沮丧极了，连为大家鼓掌的力气都没有了。

Nora, the third runner had the stick and took the lead. Already running, Dinah reached for the stick. She was flying three or four steps ahead of the others. Dinah urged herself, “Faster!
