It also gives them some idea of which teachers effectively reach the students. However, good administrators know that student evaluations need to be reviewed with a keen eye for prejudice and adolescent attitudes. 　　这学期教我们的英语老师是潘老师，她是一位让人第一眼看见，就能给人一种信任感的老师。因为她总是面带笑容，她这一笑眼角的皱纹就会显示出来。这并不是说她老，而是觉得她特别有亲切感。因为我觉得只有发自内心的笑容，才会有一丝皱纹。

　　我的英语成绩一向是全班的倒数几名，回想上学期期末英语考试，我就“英勇争夺”了全班的唯一的不及格。这使我在同学面前丢尽了脸面。

　　我这学期第一次默写单词就只得了60分，这使我很快沮丧起来。潘老师说：“90分一下的小朋友们，在我这里背出错的'单词与课文后就可以回家了。”看着一位位同学在老师那过关后，我心里痒痒的。要在平时我早就盘算着如何溜之大吉。但今天我不想再背着这个包袱了，总不能第一次就给老师留下不好的印象吧。
