英语老师在我眼中是一位严厉的好老师，但她的严厉却给我们带来了恐惧，渐渐的恶化成厌恶。可今天英语老师的病爆发了，这病给我看见了英语老师时时刻刻牵挂着我们的内心，把我打动，让我觉得英语老师是温柔的。
千丝万缕利剑般的阳光穿过玻璃，照进我们的教室里；阳光是那么明媚，可英语老师却躺在病床上，这对于正处于复习阶段的我们来说是极其不利的。原本我们不知道英语老师病了，也许是英语老师想保密吧，可不知为何，消息瞬间不翼而飞，传到了她所教的两个班里，听说还是肿瘤！但我认为：彪悍的`白老师看起来一直都很健康，怎么会忽然病成这样？一定是别人胡说的！此时，英语委员捧着英语笔记本走上讲台，拿起笔在黑白上密密麻麻的写上了一大堆的英语笔记，并且告诉同学们要抄好来并在1天内去组长那默写好。我很纳闷：第一节课不是语文课吗？这难道是代课老师吩咐的？即使这样，我还是不敢违抗命令，将它们抄了下来。班长带着疑问去问英语委员，英语委员回答：“你问我我问谁？是白老师说的。”再过2天就要考试了，没想到英语老师还惦记着我们。
时间一分一秒的过去了，上课铃伴随着语文老师的步伐传进了教室，同学们自主的回到了座位。上课时，语文老师终于憋不住气了，小声的问一位住在英语老师家里的同学：“白老师能说话了吗？”那位同学点点头。我没想到英语老师的病以到了那步田地，忽然一种未知的温柔感在我心中开放，那是一种无法用语言可以打动的温柔感......
生活中，也许有些人给予你的印象不是特别好，但他们总有温柔的一面，就像打动我的恩师，她的所作所为也许在她心中是平凡的，但在我心中是伟大是！

First of all， a qualified teacher should be responsible。 For one thing， he should try his best to make his class interesting and try to understand what his students need。 For another， he needs to keep enthusiastic with his job of spread knowledge all the time and act as an example for others everywhere he goes to。

Second， be impartial is another requirement。 As a teacher， he should not divide students into good ones and bad ones since each student has unique characteristic and value。 Therefore， no matter what kind of students he encounters， he should treat them impartially， without any bias。

Finally， my ideal teacher is one who does not only teach students his specialized knowledge but also can give students some guidance about life and about how to act as human beings。 This guidance has a great effect on students’ outlook on life and sense of worth。

When I learned English, I felt so hard, because no matter hard I tried, I just could not understand the grammar. One day, my sister asked me why was I so confused with English, I told her I did not know, I was so afraid of it.
Then she asked me to watch English movie and listened to the English songs. At first, I fell in love with these songs, I learned to sing them, I found I could remember more and more words.
I also felt very interested in the movie, I could learn the local words. With interest, I make great progress, I am not afraid of English any more. Interest is the best teacher.
